Abstract

The disclosure provides an intelligent strength training system that provides a liquid-fillable dumbbell with a range of precisely adjustable weights using any heavy liquid. The system comprises a base, a housing mounted on the base, a plurality of stand arms configured on the housing, at least one weight adjustable dumbbell detachably mounted over the plurality of the stand arms, a liquid tank comprising a heavy liquid and configured within the housing, one or more pumps one or more pumps coupled with the liquid tank to fill in or drain out the heavy liquid within the dumbbell, and a control unit coupled with the one or more pumps to control the weight adjustment of the at least one weight adjustable dumbbell.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A intelligent strength training system, comprising:
 a stand comprising a base, a housing mounted on the base, and a plurality of stand arms configured on the housing;   at least one weight adjustable dumbbell detachably mounted over the plurality of stand arms;   a liquid tank comprising a heavy liquid and configured within the housing;   one or more pumps coupled with the liquid tank; and   a control unit coupled with the one or more pumps and configured to
 receive a weight selection data from a user, 
 compare an actual weight of the at least one weight adjustable dumbbell with the received weight selection data; and 
 activate and control the one or more pumps to equalize the actual weight of the at least one weight adjustable dumbbell with the weight selection data. 
   
     
     
         2 . The intelligent strength training system of  claim 1 , wherein the at least one weight adjustable dumbbell is a liquid-fillable dumbbell that further comprises,
 a dumbbell bar with a dumbbell heads at ends of the dumbbell bar;   a bladder configured within the dumbbell heads; and   a valve configured over a surface of the dumbbell heads and coupled with the bladder.   
     
     
         3 . The intelligent strength training system of  claim 2 , wherein
 the bladder is configured to receive the heavy liquid from the liquid tank through the valve for the weight adjustment.   
     
     
         4 . The intelligent strength training system of  claim 3 , wherein the valve is configured to connect with the liquid tank through the one or more pumps and a pipe, when the weight adjustable dumbbell is mounted over the plurality of stand arms. 
     
     
         5 . The intelligent strength training system of  claim 1 , wherein the one or more pumps is configured to fill in or drain out the heavy liquid from the bladder of the at least one weight-adjustable dumbbell for weight adjustment. 
     
     
         6 . The intelligent strength training system of  claim 1 , wherein the control unit further comprises control circuitry, a display screen and one or more control buttons communicatively coupled with the control circuitry. 
     
     
         7 . The intelligent strength training system of  claim 6 , wherein the control unit is configured to receive a weight selection data from the user using the one or more control buttons and display the weight selection data over the display screen. 
     
     
         8 . The intelligent strength training system of  claim 1 , wherein the control circuitry is further configured to control the one or more pumps to fill in the heavy liquid from the liquid tank into the at least one adjustable dumbbell if the actual weight is lower than the weight selection data. 
     
     
         9 . The intelligent strength training system of  claim 1 , wherein the control circuitry is further configured to control the one or more pumps to drain out the heavy liquid from the at least one adjustable dumbbell in the liquid tank, if the actual weight is higher than the weight selection data. 
     
     
         10 . The intelligent strength training system of  claim 1 , wherein the control unit may further comprise a communication module configured to
 couple the control unit with a smart user device of the user; and   receive the weight selection data through the smart user device of the user.   
     
     
         11 . The intelligent strength training system of  claim 10 , wherein the user device maybe any of a smartphone, tablet, laptop, smart watch, or any hand-held smart device. 
     
     
         12 . The intelligent strength training system of  claim 10 , wherein the communication module may be a Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, GSM, or CDMA module. 
     
     
         13 . The intelligent strength training system of  claim 10 , wherein the system further comprises a device stand configured to
 place and hold the user device; and   connect the user device with the system via the network.   
     
     
         14 . The intelligent strength training system of  claim 1 , wherein the stand is a height adjustable. 
     
     
         15 . The intelligent strength training system of  claim 14 , further comprises one or more collapsible extenders within the housing for the height adjustment of the stand. 
     
     
         16 . The intelligent strength training system of  claim 1 , wherein the heavy liquid is a galinstan. 
     
     
         17 . A method of working of the intelligent strength training system, comprising:
 providing a stand comprising
 a base, a housing mounted on the base, and a plurality of stand arms configured on the housing; 
 at least one weight adjustable dumbbell detachably mounted over the plurality of stand arms; 
 a liquid tank comprising a heavy liquid and configured within the housing; 
 one or more pumps coupled with the liquid tank; and 
 a control unit coupled with the one or more pumps and configured to
 receiving a weight selection data from a user, 
 comparing an actual weight of the at least one weight adjustable dumbbell with the received weight selection data; and 
 activating and controlling the one or more pumps to equalize the actual weight of the at least one weight adjustable dumbbell with the weight selection data. 
 
   
     
     
         18 . The method of  claim 17 , wherein the control unit is further configured to
 controlling the one or more pumps to fill in the heavy liquid from the liquid tank into the at least one adjustable dumbbell, if the actual weight is lower than the weight selection data; or   controlling the one or more pumps to drain out the heavy liquid from the at least one adjustable dumbbell in the liquid tank, if the actual weight is higher than the weight selection data.
