A pump body assembly, comprising a pump body, a liquid inlet cavity is arranged inside the pump body, a liquid inlet and a liquid outlet are arranged on a surface of the pump body and connected with the liquid inlet cavity, the liquid outlet is arranged on top of the pump body, the liquid outlet is provided with a switch valve comprising two flaps, which are arranged opposite to each other, and the flaps are fixedly connected to the pump body, and the sides of the valve close to each other are in contact and closed, the switch valve protrudes toward outside of the pump body, the liquid inlet is located on a side of the pump body, the corresponding liquid inlet is provided with a water inlet connecting seat, a one-way valve group made of flexible material is arranged between the water inlet connecting seat and the liquid inlet.

A pump body assembly, comprising a pump body made of soft rubber, wherein a liquid inlet cavity is arranged inside the pump body, and a liquid inlet and a liquid outlet are arranged on a surface of the pump body, the liquid inlet and the liquid outlet are connected with the liquid inlet cavity, and the liquid outlet is arranged on top of the pump body, the liquid outlet is provided with a switch valve comprising two flaps, the two flaps are arranged opposite to each other, and the flaps are fixedly connected to the pump body on a side away from each other, and the sides of the valve close to each other are in contact and closed, the switch valve protrudes toward outside of the pump body, and the liquid inlet is located on a side of the pump body, the corresponding liquid inlet is provided with a water inlet connecting seat, and a one-way valve group made of flexible material is arranged between the water inlet connecting seat and the liquid inlet, the one-way valve group is fixedly connected with the pump body, and the one-way valve group is closed with a contraction of the pump body and is opened with an expansion of the pump body.

The pump body assembly according to claim 1 , wherein the one-way valve group comprises a flexible sheet, and an n-shaped through groove is formed on surface of the flexible sheet, the flexible sheet is divided into a shielding area and a fixed area by the through groove, the shielding area is arranged relative to an end of the water inlet connecting seat inserted into the liquid inlet, and the fixed area is fixedly clamped at the liquid inlet by the water inlet connecting seat, the through groove is arranged on a side wall of the water inlet connecting seat.
3 . The pump body assembly according to claim 1 , wherein the one-way valve group comprises a duckbill valve, one end of the duckbill valve is arranged between the water inlet connecting seat and the liquid inlet, and the duckbill valve is arranged toward inside of the liquid inlet cavity.

The pump body assembly according to claim 1 , wherein the one-way valve group comprises a stop sheet and a fixing sheet, and the fixing sheet is fixed between the water inlet connecting seat and the liquid inlet, a surface of the fixing sheet is provided with a sliding hole and liquid inlet holes, and the sliding hole is arranged in the center of the fixing sheet and the liquid inlet holes are arranged around the sliding hole, the stop sheet is made of flexible material, and the stop sheet is arranged on a side of the fixing sheet close to the liquid inlet hole, the stop sheet covers a side of the liquid inlet holes, and a middle part of the stop sheet is provided with a fixing rod, the fixing rod extends through the sliding hole to the other side of the fixing sheet.

The pump body assembly according to claim 1 , wherein the pump body comprises an upper pump body and a lower pump body, the upper pump body and the lower pump body are connected in a sealed manner, the liquid inlet is arranged on a side of the lower pump body, and the liquid outlet is arranged above the upper pump body.

The pump body assembly according to claim 5 , wherein a hard rubber inner support is arranged between the upper pump body and the lower pump body, the hard rubber inner support comprises a partition and a sleeve, the sleeve is arranged below the partition, and the sleeve is attached to an inner wall of the lower pump, a surface of the sleeve is provided with a first through hole corresponding to a water inlet, and the partition is provided with a second through hole corresponding to a water outlet, a surface of the upper pump body is sleeved on a hard rubber outer support, and the hard rubber outer support, the upper pump body, the hard rubber inner support and the lower pump body are detachably connected to the housing by screws.

The pump body assembly according to claim 6 , wherein, the sides of the upper pump body and the lower pump body close to each other are respectively provided with lips, and the sides of the liquid outlet and the liquid inlet of the upper pump body and the lower pump body are respectively provided with lips.

A booster energy-saving water pump, comprising a housing, a pump body assembly according to claim 1 and a push-pull device, the pump body assembly and the push-pull device are arranged inside the housing, the push-pull device is arranged under the pump body assembly and drives the pump body assembly to be pulled down, the pump body assembly comprises a pump body made of soft rubber, a liquid inlet cavity is arranged inside the pump body, and a liquid inlet and a liquid outlet are arranged on a surface of the pump body, the liquid inlet and the liquid outlet are connected with the liquid inlet cavity, and the liquid outlet is arranged on top of the pump body, the liquid outlet is provided with a switch valve comprising two flaps, the two flaps are arranged opposite to each other, and the flaps are fixedly connected to the pump body on a side away from each other, and the sides of the valve close to each other are in contact and closed, the switch valve protrudes toward outside of the pump body, and the liquid inlet is located on a side of the pump body, the corresponding liquid inlet is provided with a water inlet connecting seat, and a one-way valve group made of flexible material is arranged between the water inlet connecting seat and the liquid inlet. The one-way valve group is fixedly connected with the pump body, and the one-way valve group is closed with a contraction of the pump body and is opened with an expansion of the pump body.

The booster energy-saving water pump according to claim 8 , wherein the push-pull device comprises a rotating motor, an eccentric gear and a connecting rod, the eccentric gear is rotatably connected to the housing by a gear shaft, and one end of the connecting rod is rotatably connected to center of the eccentric gear, and the other end of the connecting rod is fixedly connected to a bottom of the pump body by a pin, the rotating motor is arranged under the eccentric gear, an output shaft of the rotating motor is provided with motor teeth, the motor teeth mesh with the eccentric gear, and the rotating motor is connected to the eccentric gear by the motor teeth.
10 . The booster energy-saving water pump according to claim 9 , wherein a motor groove, a gear groove and a pump body groove are formed inside the housing, the rotating motor is arranged in the motor groove, the eccentric gear is arranged in the gear groove, and the pump body is arranged in the pump body groove.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
