Body shape enhancing apparatus and method

Abstract

A body shape enhancing apparatus for creating a space between the thighs and simultaneously providing multiple shape enhancements is described. The body shape enhancing apparatus comprises an outer shell casing comprising a top outer shell casing, a bottom outer shell casing, a front section, a middle section and rear section. The outer shell casing body is configured to cover a wearers undercarriage from the pelvic area to about the anus. The rear section comprises a protrusion from a top of the rear base section, the protrusion supported by a similar shape internal support protrusion.

I claim: 
     
         1 . A shape-wear garment for spacing a wearers thighs apart at the location where said thighs are attached to the wearer's torso comprising a waistband defining a waist opening, a pair of leg openings, said garment further comprising a rigid portion fastened to said garment and positioned between said leg openings and taking the shape of a curved plane, said curved plane have a convex surface and a concave surface, said curved plane having a forward section with a larger lateral dimension than a rearward search, and said rearward section having a protruding element from a concave said of said plane. 
     
     
         2 . The shapewear garment recited in  claim 1 , wherein said garment further comprises pant legs that extend from said leg openings, 
     
     
         3 . The shapewear garment recited in  claim 1  wherein said garment is a compression garment. 
     
     
         4 . The shapewear garment of  claim 1  wherein said protrusion has an substantially flat end wall that extends from said concave surface at the end of said rearward section and comprises a triangular shaped end wall, said triangular shaped enwall having a base across the latera dimension of said rearward section and a height, and opposite said flat end wall is a conical section that extend from said height of said triangle shaped end wall to said concave surface. 
     
     
         5 . The shape wear garment of  claim 1  wherein the forward section of said planar curved element has a thickness between the convex side to the convene side that is less than the distance between the convex side and concave said at medial location of the rearward section. 
     
     
         6 . The shapewear garment of  claim 5  wherein said garment is a compression garment. 
     
     
         7 . The shapewear garment of  claim 1  wherein the said rigid portion of said device is self-supporting. 
     
     
         8 . The shapewear garment of  claim 1  wherein the exterior surface of said convex side is smooth. 
     
     
         9 . The shapewear garment of  claim 1  wherein said rigid portion has at least one side covered with a padded resilient material. 
     
     
         10 . The shapewear garment recited in  claim 1  wherein said entire rigid portion is covered with a padded resilient material. 
     
     
         11 . The shapewear garment recited in  claim 1  wherein said rigid portion is covered with fabric. 
     
     
         12 . The shapewear garment recited in  claim 2  wherein said rigid portion is covered in fabric.
