Abstract
Provided is a hairdryer comprising: a cylindrical body housing which includes a gas discharge portion at the front side thereof; a heater module which is disposed within the body housing and provides heat; and a handle housing which is connected to the bottom portion of the body housing, wherein the heater module comprises: a first heater case having a cylindrical shape; a heating wire wound around the outer circumferential surface of the first heater case; and a front substrate disposed within the first heater case.

1 . A hairdryer comprising:
a cylindrical body housing comprising a gas discharge portion at a front surface thereof; a heater module positioned in the body housing and configured to provide heat; and a handle housing connected to a lower portion of the body housing, wherein the heater module comprises: a first heater case having a cylindrical shape; a heating wire wound around an outer circumferential surface of the first heater case; and a front board positioned in the first heater case.
2 . The hairdryer of claim 1 , wherein the first heater case comprises:
a cylindrical lateral surface portion; a front surface portion positioned at the lateral surface portion so as to face the gas discharge portion; and a rear surface portion positioned opposite the front surface portion, and wherein at least one of the front surface portion or the rear surface portion is separable from the lateral surface portion.
3 . The hairdryer of claim 2 , further comprising a metal discharge cover coupled to the front surface portion so as to be positioned at the gas discharge portion,
wherein the discharge cover is electrically connected to the front surface portion so as to be connected to an electrode of an accessary coupled to the gas discharge portion.
4 . The hairdryer of claim 3 , wherein the discharge cover comprises:
a cone cover centrally positioned and projecting forwards; and a ring cover positioned around a periphery of the cone cover, and wherein the cone cover and the ring cover are spaced apart from each other and are connected to different polarities.
5 . The hairdryer of claim 4 , further comprising:
a second heater case disposed around an outer periphery of the first heater case in a state of being spaced apart from the outer periphery of the first heater case; a main discharge port communicating with a space between the first heater case and the second heater case; a plurality of vent holes formed through the rear surface portion of the first heater case; and a subsidiary discharge port formed between the cone cover and the ring cover.
6 . The hairdryer of claim 2 , further comprising:
a controller positioned on a rear surface of the heater module; a cable hole formed through the rear surface portion of the first heater case; and a cable which extends through the cable hole to connect the controller to the front board.
7 . The hairdryer of claim 2 , further comprising:
an ion generator fastened to the rear surface portion of the first heater case; and a diffuser positioned at the front surface portion of the first heater case and discharging ions generated by the ion generator.
8 . The hairdryer of claim 2 , further comprising a temperature sensor which is connected to the front board and senses temperature of the gas discharge portion.
9 . The hairdryer of claim 2 , further comprising a heat insulation tube which is positioned an inner periphery of the lateral surface portion and has a thermal conductivity lower than the lateral surface portion.
10 . The hairdryer of claim 1 , further comprising an air guide which surrounds an outer circumferential surface of the heater module and guides air having passed through the heater module to the gas discharge portion,
wherein the air guide comprises an insulation material configured to prevent heat generated by the heater module from being transmitted to the body housing.
11 . The hairdryer of claim 1 , wherein the heating wire has a shape of a coil which is wound around the outer circumferential surface of the first heater case while defining a plurality of rings, and
wherein a diameter of one of the plurality of rings of the heating wire is different from a diameter of an adjacent one of the plurality of rings.
12 . The hairdryer of claim 1 , wherein the heater module is positioned in front of the connecting portion of the handle housing.
13 . The hairdryer of claim 12 , further comprising:
a gas introduction port formed in a lower portion of the handle housing; and a blower fan mounted to the handle housing so as to supply air introduced through the gas introduction port to the heater module of the body housing.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
