Abstract

The present disclosure relates to a combustion device capable of generating a spirally interlaced flame effect and improving combustion firepower. The combustion device includes an outer wall and an inner wall. A ventilation chamber is formed between the inner wall and the outer wall. An upper end of the inner wall is provided with a plurality of air inlet structures distributed at intervals circumferentially. A combustion chamber restricted by the inner wall is connected to the ventilation chamber through the air inlet structure. An air inlet is formed in a lower end of the inner wall. The air inlet structure includes a first air inlet hole and a guider. The guider is provided with a wind guide surface facing towards the first air inlet hole.

Claims

What is claimed is:

         1 . A combustion device, comprising:
an outer wall; an inner wall, the inner wall being enclosed to form a combustion chamber with a vertical virtual axis, a ventilation chamber being formed between the inner wall and the outer wall, external gas entering the ventilation chamber, an upper end of the inner wall being provided with a plurality of air inlet structures distributed at intervals circumferentially, the combustion chamber being connected to the ventilation chamber through the air inlet structures, and an air inlet being formed in a lower end of the inner wall; wherein, the air inlet structure comprises: a first air inlet hole, the first air inlet hole being formed in the inner wall; and a guider, the guider being arranged on the inner wall of the inner wall, the guider being provided with a wind guide surface facing towards the first air inlet hole, the wind guide surface being provided with a connecting edge and an outlet edge, the connecting edge being connected to the inner wall and extending along the contour of the first air inlet hole, the wind guide surface being formed by extending the connecting edge to the interior of the combustion chamber and the outlet edge in the direction of the first air inlet hole, a second air inlet hole being restricted by the outlet edge, and the direction of the second air inlet hole being upwards inclined relative to the vertical virtual axis, so that gas flowing through the first air inlet hole is inclined upwards to be guided towards the interior of the inner wall.

2 . The combustion device according to claim 1 , wherein the connecting edge extends along a part of the contour of the first air inlet hole, two ends of the outlet edge are respectively connected to two ends of the connecting edge, and an inner wall surface of the inner wall comprises a circumferential surface located at the upper end of the inner wall and guiding to flow out of the air inlet structures.

3 . The combustion device according to claim 2 , wherein the outlet edge is bent, or the outlet edge comprises two or more than two linear outlet edge units connected in sequence; and the wind guide surface is a free surface extending from the connecting edge to the outlet edge.

4 . The combustion device according to claim 2 , wherein the contour of the first air inlet hole is circular, elliptical or polygonal.

5 . The combustion device according to claim 1 , wherein the guider is provided with a guide surface at the back of the wind guide surface, and the guide surface is a curved surface convex to the middle of the combustion chamber.

6 . The combustion device according to claim 1 , wherein the inclination angle of the direction of the second air inlet hole relative to the vertical virtual axis is no less than 70°.

7 . The combustion device according to claim 6 , wherein the inclination angle of the direction of the second air inlet hole relative to the vertical virtual axis is no less than 80°.

8 . The combustion device according to claim 1 , wherein the combustion device also comprises a fire gathering hood, the fire gathering hood is arranged on the top of the inner wall, and the caliber of an inner channel of the fire gathering hood is gradually decreased upwards.

9 . The combustion device according to claim 1 , wherein the combustion device also comprises an adjusting plate, the lower end of the inner wall is accommodated inside the outer wall, a ventilation port is formed in the outer wall, the ventilation port is connected to the ventilation chamber and the air inlet, and the adjusting plate can rotate relative to the outer wall so as to adjust the area of a ventilation surface of the ventilation port.

10 . The combustion device according to claim 1 , wherein a gas guide barrel is arranged in the combustion device, external gas can enter into the gas guide barrel, a gas guide hole is formed in a side wall of the gas guide barrel, the top of the gas guide barrel is provided with a cover plate, and the edge of the cover plate protrudes out of an outer wall of the gas guide barrel and is bent downwards.
