Abstract
The invention discloses a dust cup with a self-locking rotary latch. The dust cup includes a dust cup body, a dust cup cover, rotary release blocks and a release button. The dust cup cover is positioned on the dust cup body. The dust cup body is provided with an annular rotary working groove. Two rotary release blocks arranged symmetrically are provided in the rotary working groove. The dust cup is firmly locked with the body shell, and the self-locking latch structure prevents the dust cup from detaching from the vacuum cleaner when the vacuum cleaner falls. The latch structure of the dust cup is compact, so as to be integrated into the volume of the dust cup without compromising performance, thereby keeping the dimension of the dust cup as compact as possible and saving the space of the dust cup.

A dust cup with a self-locking rotary latch, characterized by comprising: a dust cup body ( 1 ), a dust cup cover ( 2 ), rotary release blocks ( 3 ) and a release button ( 4 ), wherein the dust cup cover ( 2 ) is positioned on the dust cup body ( 1 ), the dust cup body ( 1 ) is provided with an annular rotary working groove ( 11 ), and two rotary release blocks ( 3 ) arranged symmetrically are provided in the rotary working groove ( 11 ).
2 . The dust cup according to claim 1 , characterized in that, the rotary release blocks ( 3 ) are released under the actuation of the release button ( 4 ).
3 . The dust cup according to claim 1 , characterized in that, the dust cup cover ( 2 ) is provided with a clamping member so as to cooperate with a complementary clamping member on a body shell ( 5 ).
4 . The dust cup according to claim 3 , characterized in that, the clamping member on the dust cup cover ( 2 ) is a clamping groove ( 21 ), and the complementary clamping member on the body shell ( 5 ) is a locking block ( 51 ) capable of being clamped into the clamping groove ( 21 ).
5 . The dust cup according to claim 1 , characterized in that, a first end of one of the rotary release blocks ( 3 ) is connected to a first end of the other of the rotary release blocks ( 3 ) via a tension spring.

The dust cup according to claim 4 , characterized in that, the first end of the rotary releasing block ( 3 ) is further provided with a plug ( 31 ), and the plug ( 31 ) passes through a side wall of the clamping groove ( 21 ) and is capable of abutting against a connecting plate ( 512 ) of the locking block ( 51 ).
7 . The dust cup according to claim 1 , characterized in that, the release button ( 4 ) is elastically connected to the dust cup body ( 1 ).
8 . The dust cup according to claim 1 , characterized in that, a notch ( 41 ) is formed on a side wall of the release button ( 4 ), and the notch ( 41 ) is latched onto a latching plate ( 32 ) of a second end of the rotary release blocks ( 3 ).
9 . The dust cup according to claim 8 , characterized in that, a slope ( 33 ) is formed on one side of the latching plate ( 32 ), and the bottom of the side wall of the release button ( 4 ) abuts against the slope ( 33 ).
10 . The dust cup according to claim 4 or 6 , characterized in that, the locking block ( 51 ) is in the shape of “T”.
11 . The dust cup according to claim 4 or 6 , characterized in that, an end plate ( 511 ) of the locking block ( 51 ) abuts against the clamping groove ( 21 ).
12 . The dust cup according to claim 1 , characterized in that, the dust cup body ( 1 ) is further provided with a socket ( 12 ), so as to match with a through hole ( 52 ) provided on the body shell ( 5 ) corresponding to the socket ( 12 ).
13 . The dust cup according to claim 12 , characterized in that, the socket ( 12 ) is trapezoidal in shape, and the length of the socket ( 12 ) gradually decreases from the surface of the dust cup body ( 1 ) to the end thereof.
