Flip-open straw cup lid and cup

Abstract

The present invention discloses a flip-open straw cup lid and cup. The flip-open straw cup lid comprises a cup lid body, a first flipping member provided on the cup lid body in a flipping manner, and a second flipping member provided on the first flipping member. The cup lid body is arranged on a cup body, a lifting handle is rotatably mounted on the cup body, and a stand is provided on the lifting handle, so that the straw is sanitary and convenient for drinking water during use, and the stand facilitates placement of a mobile phone or a tablet computer.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A flip-open straw cup lid, comprising:
 a cup lid body;   a lock catch structure provided on the cup lid body;   a first flipping member provided on the cup lid body in a flipping manner and provided with a first straw segment;   a second flipping member provided on the first flipping member in a flipping manner and provided with a mounting end fitting the lock catch structure;   wherein when the first flipping member is located on a flipping track of the second flipping member flipping towards the first straw segment, the second flipping member flips towards the first straw segment to abut against the first flipping member, so that the second flipping member and the first straw segment are in a non-contact arrangement;   when the first flipping member and the first straw segment are flipped to a stowed state, and when the second flipping member covers the first straw segment to abut against the first flipping member, the mounting end is lockably connected with the cup lid body by the lock catch structure, so that the first flipping member and the second flipping member are both fixed on the cup lid body; and   when the lock catch structure is unlocked from the mounting end, the mounting end is separated from the cup lid body, so that the first flipping member flips relative to the cup lid body and the second flipping member flips relative to the first flipping member.   
     
     
         2 . The flip-open straw cup lid according to  claim 1 , wherein: the lock catch structure comprises an unlocking button and a reset member, the unlocking button is slidably mounted on the cup lid body, the reset member is fitted between the cup lid body and the unlocking button, the mounting end is provided with a first fitting portion, and the unlocking button is provided with a second fitting portion; and
 the reset member drives the unlocking button to move to cause the first fitting portion and the second fitting portion to snap-fit so as to lock the first flipping member and the second flipping member, and the unlocking button is pressed to release the fit between the first fitting portion and the second fitting portion to flip the first flipping member relative to the cup lid body and flip the second flipping member relative to the first flipping member.   
     
     
         3 . The flip-open straw cup lid according to  claim 2 , wherein: the first fitting portion and the second fitting portion are provided with an inclined guide surface respectively, the first fitting portion and the second fitting portion are brought into contact during fitting of the mounting end towards the lock catch structure and are misaligned with each other by the guide surfaces to allow the first fitting portion to pass over the second fitting portion, so that the first fitting portion and the second fitting portion are clamped with each other. 
     
     
         4 . The flip-open straw cup lid according to  claim 1 , wherein: a third straw segment for insertion into a cup body is provided on the cup lid body, and a deformable second straw segment is provided between the first straw segment and the third straw segment; and
 the second straw segment is deformed to bend when the mounting end fits the cup lid body, and the second straw segment is configured to drive the first flipping member to flip when the mounting end is unlocked from the cup lid body.   
     
     
         5 . The flip-open straw cup lid according to  claim 1 , wherein: the cup lid body is provided with a direct drinking mouth and a third flipping member for opening and closing the direct drinking mouth. 
     
     
         6 . The flip-open straw cup lid according to  claim 5 , wherein: the cup lid body is provided with a spacer plate, the first flipping member is arranged on one side of the spacer plate, and the third flipping member is arranged on the other side of the spacer plate. 
     
     
         7 . The flip-open straw cup lid according to  claim 6 , wherein: the cup lid body is provided with a raised peripheral edge and a complementing portion, the complementing portion is spliced at a notch of the raised peripheral edge so as to form an annular peripheral edge at an edge of the cup lid body, the spacer plate is a ring body having a mouth portion, both ends of the ring body are respectively connected to both ends of the notch of the raised peripheral edge, the direct drinking mouth is arranged in a region enclosed by the spacer plate and the raised peripheral edge, and the first flipping member is arranged in a region enclosed by the spacer plate and the complementing portion.

The flip-open straw cup lid according to  claim 5 , wherein: the third flipping member is provided with a blocking member for closing the direct drinking mouth and a mounting slot for mounting the blocking member, the mounting slot is arranged to run through the third flipping member, one end of the blocking member abuts against the third flipping member, and one end of the blocking member is provided with a snap-fitting portion which is snapped in the mounting slot.

The flip-open straw cup lid according to  claim 1 , wherein: a first positioning portion is provided at an upper left end of the first flipping member, and a second positioning portion is provided at a right side of the second flipping member, and the second flipping member is folded over in a direction of the first straw segment so that the first positioning portion and the second positioning portion abut and are positioned. 
     
     
         10 . A flip-open straw cup, comprising: a cup body, a lifting handle and the flip-open straw cup lid according to  claim 1 , wherein the flip-open straw cup lid is mounted at a cup rim of the cup body, the cup body is provided with a stowing side and a support side, the lifting handle comprises a first lifting handle portion and a second lifting handle portion arranged to extend along a circumferential direction of the cup body, a first end of the first lifting handle portion is hinged to the cup body or the straw cup lid, and both ends of the second lifting handle portion are connected to a second end of the first lifting handle portion; and the lifting handle further comprises a clamping groove provided on the first lifting handle portion or the second lifting handle portion and arranged away from the second lifting handle portion;
 the lifting handle is pivoted to a stowing side position to form a first state for stowing the lifting handle;   the lifting handle is pivoted above the cup body to form a second state for carrying or hanging the cup body; and   the lifting handle is pivoted to a direction opposite to the first state to form a third state in which the second lifting handle portion abuts the support side of the cup body so that the clamping groove is exposed for stowing an article to form a stand.   
     
     
         11 . The flip-open straw cup according to  claim 10 , wherein: the stand comprises a first support body, and an inner side surface of the first support body and an inner side surface of the first lifting handle portion or the second lifting handle portion facing the stand serve as inner walls of the clamping groove respectively.

The flip-open straw cup according to  claim 11 , wherein: the stand further comprises a second support body, the second support body is arranged on a support surface of the first support body, the inner side surface of the first support body, an inner side on the second support body and the inner side surface of the first lifting handle portion or the second lifting handle portion facing the stand combine to form the clamping groove, and the clamping groove is provided with a loading opening; and
 when the lifting handle is located on the support side, the loading opening is configured to insert an object into the clamping groove, the object is clamped and supported by the clamping groove, and the second support body is arranged to extend upwards.   
     
     
         13 . The flip-open straw cup according to  claim 10 , wherein: the first lifting handle portion comprises handle arms located on both sides of the cup body and two connecting segments respectively connected to a second end of each of the handle arms, the second lifting handle portion comprises a cup-lifting segment, each of the connecting segments is respectively arranged at the connecting segments at both ends of the cup-lifting segment, a first end of each of the handle arms is hinged to both opposite sides of the cup body or both opposite sides of the straw cup lid, and each of the connecting segments is respectively connected to the second ends of the two handle arms; and when the lifting handle is located on the stowing side, each of the handle arms and each of the connecting segments are arranged to extend axially along the cup body, the cup-lifting segment is arranged circumferentially along the cup body, and the connecting segment or cup-lifting segment is provided with the clamping groove. 
     
     
         14 . The flip-open straw cup according to  claim 13 , wherein: the cup body is cylindrical, and the cup-lifting segment is arranged in a circular arc shape. 
     
     
         15 . The flip-open straw cup according to  claim 11 , wherein: the lifting handle and the stand are integrally formed.
