Quick-change system
Abstract
A quick-change system for changing attachments on a construction machine contains a quick coupler arranged on a carrier so as to be rotatable about an axis of rotation by means of a rotary drive and/or pivotable about a pivot axis by means of a pivot drive. For coupling a tool or attachment, the quick coupler has first receptacles on one side for accommodating and securing a first bolt-shaped coupling element on the tool side, and second receptacles on the other side for accommodating and securing a second bolt-shaped coupling element on the tool side. A mechanical rotation and/or pivot display is arranged on the quick-change system with at least one indicator element and at least one marking interacting with the indicator element to monitor a rotation and/or tilting position of the quick coupler relative to the carrier.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A quick-change system for changing attachments on a construction machine, the quick-change system comprising a quick coupler arranged on a carrier so as to be rotatable about an axis of rotation by means of a rotary drive and pivotable about a pivot axis by means of a pivot drive, which, for coupling a tool or attachment, has first receptacles on one side for accommodating and securing a first bolt-shaped coupling element on the tool side, and second receptacles on the other side for accommodating and securing a second bolt-shaped coupling element on the tool side, wherein a mechanical rotation and pivot indicator is arranged on the quick-change system, which contains a first indicator element with a corresponding first marking for monitoring the rotation position of the quick coupler relative to the carrier and a second indicator element with a corresponding second marking for monitoring the tilting position of the quick coupler relative to the carrier.
2 . The quick-change system according to claim 1 , wherein at least one of the first and second indicator elements is designed in the form of a pointer with a pointer tip.
3 . The quick-change system according to claim 1 , wherein at least one of the first and second indicator elements contains a slot-like recess covering the corresponding marking in an initial position of the quick coupler.
4 . The quick-change system according to claim 1 , wherein the first indicator element and the second indicator element are arranged on a common carrier plate.
5 . The quick-change system according to claim 4 , wherein the common carrier plate is arranged on a drive housing and the two markings are arranged on the quick coupler and a crosspiece of the carrier.
6 . The quick-change system according to claim 1 , wherein the first indicator element and the second indicator element are arranged on separate carrier plates.
7 . The quick-change system according to claim 6 , wherein the second indicator element is arranged on a crosspiece of the carrier and the corresponding marking on a pivot pin of a drive housing.
8 . The quick-change system according to claim 6 , wherein the second indicator element is arranged on a pivot pin of a drive housing and the corresponding marking on a crosspiece of the carrier.
9 . The quick-change system according to claim 6 , wherein the carrier plates are designed as sheet metal parts.
10 . The quick-change system according to claim 1 , wherein the carrier contains two parallel side walls with openings to accommodate two parallel bolt-shaped coupling elements.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
