Abstract
A refrigerator of the present example comprises: a cabinet having a storage space; a door for opening and closing the storage space and having a dispenser; a hinge apparatus rotatably connecting the door and the cabinet; and a water pipe drawn out from the cabinet and inserted in the door. The door comprises: a door opening which is disposed away from the rotation center of the hinge apparatus and through which the water pipe passes; and an extended guide aligned to the door opening inside the door and accommodating the water pipe therein.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A refrigerator comprising:
a cabinet comprising a storage space; a door configured to open or close the storage space, the door comprising a dispenser; a hinge device configured to rotatably connect the door to the cabinet; and a water pipe withdrawn from the cabinet and inserted into the door, wherein the door comprises: a door opening which is disposed at a position spaced apart from a rotation center by the hinge device and through which the water pipe passes; and a guide aligned with the door opening within the door and extending to accommodate the water pipe.
2 . The refrigerator of claim 1 , wherein the door opening is located on an upper side of the door, and
wherein the guide extends downward from the door opening so as to guide the water pipe toward the dispenser.
3 . The refrigerator of claim 2 , wherein the door comprises a first side frame and a second side frame,
wherein the door opening is located closer to the first side frame than the second side frame, and wherein a portion of the guide is bent toward the first side frame.
4 . The refrigerator of claim 3 , wherein at least a portion of the door opening is disposed to overlap the dispenser in a vertical direction.
5 . The refrigerator of claim 3 , wherein the guide comprises:
a first part aligned with the door opening; a second part extending obliquely from the first part toward the first side frame; and a third part extending from the second part into a space between the first side frame and the dispenser.
6 . The refrigerator of claim 5 , wherein a length of the third part is longer than a length of each of the first part and the second part.
7 . The refrigerator of claim 5 , wherein a length of the third part is longer than a sum of a length of the first part and a length of the second part.
8 . The refrigerator of claim 5 , wherein the third part extends in a straight-line shape in a vertical direction.
9 . The refrigerator of claim 5 , wherein the guide further comprises a fourth part extending from the third part in a direction away from a front surface of the door and the first side frame.
10 . The refrigerator of claim 1 , wherein the door further comprises:
an ice-making compartment in which an ice maker is accommodated; and a cold air duct configured to guide cold air into the ice-making compartment and discharge the cold air from the ice-making compartment to an outside, and wherein the guide comprises: a first part aligned with the door opening; a second part extending obliquely from the first part in a direction away from the ice-making compartment; and a third part extending downward from the second part.
11 . The refrigerator of claim 10 , wherein the cold air duct comprises:
a first duct configured to guide cold air to the ice-making compartment; and a second duct configured to guide the cold air discharged from the ice making compartment, and wherein at least a portion of the third part overlaps the first duct in a front-and-back direction of the door.
12 . The refrigerator of claim 11 , wherein the first duct comprises:
a first portion communicating with the ice-making compartment; a second portion extending obliquely from a lower side of the first portion; and a third portion extending downward from the second portion, and wherein at least a portion of the third part overlaps the first portion in a front-and-back direction of the door.
13 . The refrigerator of claim 12 , wherein a horizontal distance between the third part and the first portion is greater than a horizontal distance between the third part and the second portion and a horizontal distance between the third part and the third portion.
14 . The refrigerator of claim 12 , wherein a horizontal distance between an upper side of the second portion and the third part is greater than a horizontal distance between the third portion and the third part.
15 . The refrigerator of claim 12 , wherein the second portion is inclined from the first portion in a direction closer to a front surface of the door.
16 . The refrigerator of claim 10 , wherein the door comprises a first cold air opening and a second cold air opening located below the first cold air opening,
wherein the cold air duct comprises: a first duct configured to guide cold air introduced through the first cold air opening to the ice-making compartment; and a second duct configured to guide the cold air discharged from the ice-making compartment toward the second cold air opening, and wherein a lower end of the third part is located lower than an upper end of the first cold air opening.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
