What is claimed is:

1 . A device for securing a plurality of ring, comprising:
two semi-elliptical members made of a solid metallic material; a notch arranged to receive a hinge member; and a hinge member, wherein the hinge member is arranged for insertion behind a plurality of rings.

2 . The device according to claim 1 , further comprising:
second two semi-elliptical members made of a solid metallic material; a second notch arranged to receive a hinge member; and a second hinge member, wherein the second hinge member is arranged for insertion behind a plurality of rings; and a chain configured to extend from a first notch on a first clasp to a second notch on a second clasp.

3 . A system for securing a plurality of rings, comprising:
a first clasp securing a first plurality of two or more rings on a first finger; a second clasp securing a second plurality of two or more rings on a second finger; and a chain linking the first clasp securing the first plurality of rings and the second clasp securing the second plurality of rings.

4 . The system of claim 3 , further comprising a variety of clasps with different sizes for securing rings of different gauges.

5 . A system for securing a plurality of rings, comprising:
two or more different sizes of: two semi-elliptical members made of a solid metallic material; a notch arranged to receive a hinge member; and a hinge member, wherein the hinge member is arranged for insertion behind a plurality of rings; two or more different sizes of: second two semi-elliptical members made of a solid metallic material; a second notch arranged to receive a hinge member; and a second hinge member, wherein the second hinge member is arranged for insertion behind a plurality of rings; and two or more different sizes of: a chain configured to extend from a first notch on a first clasp to a second notch on a second clasp.

         6 . The system of claim 5 , wherein 5 - 10 different sizes are provided.

7 . The system of claim 5 , wherein the sizes are measured to fit a particular user's finger.

8 . The device according to claim 2 , further comprising:
third two semi-elliptical members made of a solid metallic material; a third notch arranged to receive a hinge member; and a third hinge member, wherein the third hinge member is arranged for insertion behind a plurality of rings; and a chain configured to extend from a second notch on a second clasp to a third notch on a third clasp.
