Abstract
A flap cover adapted for a bag is provided and includes a first layer structure, a second layer structure and a third layer structure. The second layer structure is attached on the first layer structure. The third layer structure is attached on the second layer structure. An accommodating space is defined by the third layer structure and the second layer structure, and an opening is communicated with the accommodating space for providing access to the accommodating space. Furthermore, a bag assembly having the aforementioned flap cover is also provided.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modifiedWhat is claimed is:
1 . A flap cover adapted for a bag, the flap cover comprising:
a first layer structure; a second layer structure attached on the first layer structure; and a third layer structure attached on the second layer structure, an accommodating space being defined by the third layer structure and the second layer structure, and an opening being communicated with the accommodating space for providing access to the accommodating space.
2 . The flap cover of claim 1 , wherein the first layer structure is made of leather material, the second layer structure is made of cloth material, and the third layer structure is made of plastic material.
3 . The flap cover of claim 1 , wherein further comprising an engaging assembly for closing the opening.
4 . The flap cover of claim 3 , wherein the engaging assembly is a zipper assembly, a sealing strip assembly, or a velcro tape assembly.
5 . The flap cover of claim 1 , wherein the third layer structure is attached on a first side of the second layer structure by a plurality of first stitches.
6 . The flap cover of claim 5 , wherein the first layer structure is attached on a second side of the second layer structure by a plurality of second stitches and covers the plurality of first stitches protruding out of the second side of the second layer structure.
7 . The flap cover of claim 1 , wherein a first slot is formed on the first layer structure, a second slot is formed on the second layer structure and aligned with the first slot, and the first slot and the second slot are configured to allow a handle of the bag to pass therethrough to be exposed out of the flap cover.
8 . The flap cover of claim 1 , wherein a first hole is formed on the first layer structure, a second hole is formed on the second layer structure and aligned with the first hole, and the first hole and the second hole are configured to allow a button of the bag to pass therethrough to engage with a locking component arranged on the first layer structure.
9 . The flap cover of claim 1 , further comprising an adhesive component disposed on the second layer structure, and the flap cover being detachably attached on the bag by the adhesive component.
10 . The flap cover of claim 1 , further comprising a magnetic component disposed between the first layer structure and the second layer structure, and the flap cover being detachably attached on the bag by the magnetic component.
11 . A bag assembly comprising:
a bag; and a flap cover detachably attached on the bag, the flap cover comprising:
a first layer structure;
a second layer structure attached on the first layer structure; and
a third layer structure attached on the second layer structure, an accommodating space being defined by the third layer structure and the second layer structure, and an opening being communicated with the accommodating space for providing access to the accommodating space.
12 . The bag assembly of claim 11 , wherein the first layer structure is made of leather material, the second layer structure is made of cloth material, and the third layer structure is made of plastic material.
13 . The bag assembly of claim 11 , wherein the flap cover further comprises an engaging assembly for closing the opening.
14 . The bag assembly of claim 13 , wherein the engaging assembly is a zipper assembly, a sealing strip assembly, or a velcro tape assembly.
15 . The bag assembly of claim 11 , wherein the third layer structure is attached on a first side of the second layer structure by a plurality of first stitches.
16 . The bag assembly of claim 15 , wherein the first layer structure is attached on a second side of the second layer structure by a plurality of second stitches and covers the plurality of first stitches protruding out of the second side of the second layer structure.
17 . The bag assembly of claim 11 , wherein a first slot is formed on the first layer structure, a second slot is formed on the second layer structure and aligned with the first slot, and the first slot and the second slot are configured to allow a handle of the bag to pass therethrough to be exposed out of the flap cover.
18 . The bag assembly of claim 11 , wherein a first hole is formed on the first layer structure, a second hole is formed on the second layer structure and aligned with the first hole, and the first hole and the second hole are configured to allow a button of the bag to pass therethrough to engage with a locking component arranged on the first layer structure.
19 . The bag assembly of claim 11 , wherein the flap cover further comprises an adhesive component disposed on the second layer structure, and the flap cover is detachably attached on the bag by the adhesive component.
20 . The bag assembly of claim 11 , wherein the flap cover further comprises a magnetic component disposed between the first layer structure and the second layer structure, and the flap cover is detachably attached on the bag by the magnetic component.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
