Abstract
A fracturing apparatus may include a first plunger pump including a first power end and a first hydraulic end; a prime mover including a first power output shaft; and a first clutch including a first connection portion and a second connection portion. The first power end of the first plunger pump includes a first power input shaft, the first connection portion is coupled to the first power input shaft, the second connection portion is coupled to the first power output shaft of the prime mover.

exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A method of operating a fracturing apparatus, comprising:
detecting a first rotational speed of a power input shaft of a plunger pump; detecting a second rotational speed of a power output shaft of a prime mover; coupling the power input shaft to the power output shaft with a clutch; and disengaging the clutch if a ratio of the first rotational speed to the second rotational speed is smaller than a first preset ratio or greater than a second preset ratio.
2 . The method of claim 1 , further comprising:
supplying lubricating oil to the plunger pump.
3 . The method of claim 2 , further comprising:
cooling the lubricating oil.
4 . The method of claim 3 , wherein the lubricating oil is cooled with a fan.
5 . The method of claim 4 , further comprising:
driving the fan with a cooling motor.
6 . The method of claim 3 , wherein the lubricating oil is cooled with a radiator.
7 . The method of claim 1 , further comprising:
providing hydraulic oil to the clutch.
8 . The method of claim 7 , further comprising:
detecting a hydraulic pressure of the hydraulic oil of the clutch; and disengaging the clutch if the hydraulic pressure of the hydraulic oil is smaller than a first preset value.
9 . The method of claim 8 , further comprising:
displaying remotely the hydraulic pressure of the hydraulic oil.
10 . The method of claim 1 , further comprising:
detecting a pressure of output liquid from the plunger pump; and disengaging the clutch if the pressure of the output liquid from the plunger pump is greater than a safe pressure value.
11 . The method of claim 10 , wherein the safe pressure value is more than 40 MPa.
12 . The method of claim 10 , wherein the safe pressure value is about 90 MPa.
13 . The method of claim 1 , further comprising:
detecting a temperature of the clutch; and disengaging the clutch if the temperature of the clutch is higher than a first preset temperature value.
14 . The method of claim 7 , further comprising:
detecting a temperature of the hydraulic oil of the clutch; and disengaging the clutch if the temperature of the hydraulic oil is higher than a second preset temperature value.
15 . The method of claim 1 , further comprising:
detecting vibration of the plunger pump; and disengaging the clutch if the vibration of the plunger pump is higher than a first preset vibration value.
16 . The method of claim 1 , further comprising:
detecting vibration of the prime mover; and disengaging the clutch if the vibration of the prime mover is higher than a second preset vibration value.
17 . The method of claim 1 , further comprising:
supplying electrical power to the prime mover; and driving the plunger pump with the prime mover.
18 . The method of claim 1 , further comprising:
receiving control instructions from a user via a remote control unit.
19 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the prime mover is a diesel engine, an electric motor, or a turbine engine.
