Inner Packaging Structure, Packaging Box and Packaging Method for Network Distribution Frame
Abstract
The present invention discloses an inner packaging structure for a network distribution frame, used to package a distribution frame body and a bracket, including an isolated protection board. A packaging box for a network distribution frame further includes a cover body and a box body with an open top, and the inner packaging structure is located in the box body. A packaging method for a network distribution frame includes the following steps: placing the distribution frame body and the bracket in the box body, and separating the distribution frame body from the bracket by the isolated protection board; and limiting the distribution frame body and the bracket to complete packaging by using fastening of a top cover of the cover body and the box body. The present invention ensures no abrasion in the transportation process while realizing deplasticization packaging of products, and saves logistics costs for enterprises and customers.

An inner packaging structure for a network distribution frame, used to package a distribution frame body and a bracket, characterized by comprising an isolated protection board, wherein the isolated protection board is able to divide an internal space of a packaging box into at least two product placing chambers, and the isolated protection board is able to mutually abut against at least part of areas of at least one of the distribution frame body and the bracket.

A packaging box for a network distribution frame, comprising the inner packaging structure for the network distribution frame according to claim 1 , characterized by further comprising: a cover body and a box body with an open top, wherein the inner packaging structure is located in the box body.

The packaging box for the network distribution frame according to claim 2 , characterized in that an isolated protection board comprises a first crease and a second crease, the isolated protection board is able to swing back and forth along the first crease connected with the box body, and the isolated protection board is divided into a first bendable bending board and a second bendable bending board through the second crease.

The packaging box for the network distribution frame according to claim 3 , characterized in that the first bending board and the second bending board are respectively bent along the first crease and the second crease to achieve that inner sides of the first bending board and the second bending board and the box body form one of product placing chambers for allowing a distribution frame body to be placed, and an outer side of the second bending board and the box body form the other product placing chamber for allowing a bracket to be placed.

The packaging box for the network distribution frame according to claim 3 , characterized in that a to-be-packaged part further comprises at least one network module connector, the isolated protection board is able to divide an internal space of the packaging box into three product placing chambers, the isolated protection board is able to mutually abut against at least part of areas of at least two of a distribution frame body, a bracket and the network module connectors, one side of the second bending board away from the first bending board is connected with a third bending board, the third bending board is able to be bent upwards along a third crease at a connection of the third bending board and the second bending board, so that one side of the third bending board facing away from the cover body and the second bending board as well as the first bending board enclose a product placing chamber for allowing the network module connectors to be placed, the other side of the third bending board and the box body form another product placing chamber for allowing the distribution frame body to be placed, and the first bending board and the second bending board are able to be respectively bent along the first crease and the second crease to achieve that inner sides of the first bending board and the second bending board and the box body form yet another product placing chamber for allowing the bracket to be placed.

The packaging box for the network distribution frame according to claim 5 , characterized in that the third bending board comprises a connecting portion and a positioning portion which are oppositely arranged, the connecting portion is connected with the second bending board, a plurality of connector positioning grooves are formed at intervals between the connecting portion and the positioning portion in a length direction of the third bending board, a module upper cover board with a single side connected with the third bending board and a module positioning board with a single side connected with the positioning portion are both arranged in each connector positioning groove, connections of the connecting portion as well as the positioning portion respectively with the connector positioning grooves are a fourth crease and a fifth crease, and when the connector positioning grooves are bent along the fourth crease to achieve that the positioning portion abuts against the first bending board, the connecting portion, the connector positioning grooves, the first bending board and the second bending board form a restricted space for allowing the network module connectors to be placed.

The packaging box for the network distribution frame according to claim 6 , characterized in that clamping sheets are respectively arranged at two ends in a length direction of the positioning portion, clamping grooves matched with the clamping sheets are respectively formed in two sides in a width direction in the box body, and when the connector positioning grooves are bent along the fourth crease to achieve that the positioning portion abuts against the first bending board, the clamping sheets are able to be clamped into the corresponding clamping grooves.

The packaging box for the network distribution frame according to claim 7 , characterized in that the second bending board is bent along the second crease to be parallel to a bottom board of the box body, the connecting portion is bent upwards along the third crease to be parallel to a side of the box body, and the connector positioning grooves are bent along the fourth crease in a direction away from the cover body to be parallel to the second bending board.

The packaging box for the network distribution frame according to claim 5 , characterized in that the product placing chamber for placing the bracket comprises a main board placing chamber and a support placing chamber which communicate with each other, a main board body on the bracket is horizontally placed in the support placing chamber, and divides the main board placing chamber into a first clearance space and a second clearance space, and at least one of the first clearance space and the second clearance space is able to be used for allowing an accessory bag to be accommodated and placed.

The packaging box for the network distribution frame according to claim 2 , characterized in that an isolated protection board and the box body are split parts, the isolated protection board is sequentially provided with a first crease and a second crease in its width direction, and the isolated protection board is able to be in lap joint with the box body along the first crease, and is divided into a first bendable bending board and a second bendable bending board through the second crease.
11 . A packaging method for a network distribution frame, applied to the packaging box for the network distribution frame according to claims 2 , characterized by comprising the following steps:
S1: placing a distribution frame body and a bracket in a box body, and separating the distribution frame body from the bracket by using an isolated protection board, wherein the isolated protection board comprises a first bending board and a second bending board, and the isolated protection board is able to mutually abut against at least part of areas of at least one of the distribution frame body and the bracket; and S2: limiting the distribution frame body and the bracket to complete packaging by using fastening of a top cover of a cover body and the box body.

The packaging method for the network distribution frame according to claim 11 , characterized in that in step 1, the isolated protection board comprises the first bending board and the second bending board, the second bending board is located between the distribution frame body and the bracket, the distribution frame body is isolated and limited after the isolated protection board is bent, and the bracket is able to respectively abut against the isolated protection board and inner side faces of the box body.

The packaging method for the network distribution frame according to claim 11 , characterized in that a to-be-packaged part further comprises network module connectors, the isolated protection board further comprises a third bending board connected with the second bending board, a support body of the bracket leans against one inner side wall of the box body by using the first bending board, and the network module connectors are clamped by using a clamping groove formed by the first bending board, the second bending board and the third bending board; and the distribution frame body is clamped between the third bending board and one inner side wall of the box body.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
