Claims

Abstract

Disclosed is a lid structure which includes a lid body, a rotating cover, a plugging assembly, and a driving assembly; a first liquid outlet and a second liquid outlet are constructed in the lid body, and the second liquid outlet is provided with a suction nozzle; the rotating cover is rotatably disposed on a side of the lid body; the rotating cover is provided with a misaligned gap; the plugging assembly is detachably disposed on a side of the lid body, and the plugging assembly is provided with a plugging head capable of plugging the first liquid outlet; and the driving assembly is capable of synchronously rotating with the rotating cover and driving the plugging head to be away from the first liquid outlet. By the lid structure, cold and hot drinks can be switched on a lid at the same time.

1 . A lid structure, comprising:
 a lid body ( 1 ) in which a first liquid outlet ( 11 ) and a second liquid outlet ( 12 ) are constructed, the second liquid outlet ( 12 ) being provided with a suction nozzle ( 13 );   a rotating cover ( 2 ) rotatably disposed on a side, facing the suction nozzle ( 13 ), of the lid body ( 1 ) so as to be capable of bending the suction nozzle ( 13 ) during rotation; the rotating cover ( 2 ) being provided with a misaligned gap ( 21 ) so that the suction nozzle ( 13 ) rebounds at the misaligned gap ( 21 ) to reset;   a plugging assembly ( 3 ) detachably disposed on a side, away from the rotating cover ( 2 ), of the lid body ( 1 ), the plugging assembly ( 3 ) being provided with a plugging head ( 31 ) capable of plugging the first liquid outlet ( 11 ); and   a driving assembly ( 4 ) capable of synchronously rotating with the rotating cover ( 2 ) and driving the plugging head ( 31 ) to be away from the first liquid outlet ( 11 ) when the misaligned gap ( 21 ) is at least partially connected to the first liquid outlet ( 11 ).

The lid structure according to  claim 1 , wherein the lid body ( 1 ) is provided with a shaft hole ( 14 ), a pin shaft ( 22 ) penetrating into the shaft hole ( 14 ) is constructed on the rotating cover ( 2 ), a square end ( 221 ) is constructed on an end of the pin shaft ( 22 ) extending to the lid body ( 1 ) away from the rotating cover ( 2 ), the driving assembly ( 4 ) comprises a chuck ( 41 ), and the chuck ( 41 ) is provided with a square hole ( 411 ) cooperating with the square end ( 221 ).

The lid structure according to  claim 2 , wherein the square end ( 221 ) is provided with an internal shrinkage groove ( 222 ) passing through the radial direction of the pin shaft ( 22 ), a clamping bulge ( 223 ) is disposed on an outer wall, facing away from the internal shrinkage groove ( 222 ), of the square end ( 221 ), and the clamping bulge ( 223 ) is located on a side, away from the lid body ( 1 ), of the chuck ( 41 ).

The lid structure according to  claim 2 , wherein a toggling bulge structure ( 412 ) is constructed on a side, away from the lid body ( 1 ), of the chuck ( 41 ), and the toggling bulge structure ( 412 ) is provided with a driving slope ( 413 ) gradually away from the lid body ( 1 ) so as to drive the plugging head ( 31 ) to be away from the first liquid outlet ( 11 ) during rotation. 
     
     
         5 . The lid structure according to  claim 4 , wherein the plugging assembly ( 3 ) comprises a base member ( 32 ), a cantilever ( 33 ), and a first clastic member ( 34 ), the base member ( 32 ) is detachably disposed on the lid body ( 1 ), the cantilever ( 33 ) is rotatably disposed on the base member ( 32 ) and is located between the base member ( 32 ) and the lid body ( 1 ), the plugging head ( 31 ) is disposed on an end, away from the base member ( 32 ), of the cantilever ( 33 ), and the first elastic member ( 34 ) is disposed between the base member ( 32 ) and the cantilever ( 33 ), so that the plugging head ( 31 ) abuts against the first liquid outlet ( 11 ), and when the chuck ( 41 ) rotates, the driving slope ( 413 ) is in sliding fit with the cantilever ( 33 ). 
     
     
         6 . The lid structure according to  claim 5 , wherein a pair of convex lugs ( 321 ) are disposed on a side, facing the rotating cover ( 2 ), of the base member ( 32 ), the lugs ( 321 ) are provided with splicing holes ( 322 ), splicing shafts ( 331 ) are disposed on two sides, facing away from each other, of the cantilever ( 33 ), the splicing shafts ( 331 ) are inserted in the splicing holes ( 322 ), one end of the first elastic member ( 34 ) is disposed on the base member ( 32 ), and the other end of the first elastic member ( 34 ) abuts against a side, facing the base member ( 32 ), of the cantilever ( 33 ).

The lid structure according to  claim 6 , wherein the lugs ( 321 ) are provided with baffles ( 323 ), abutting bulges ( 332 ) are constructed on an end, close to the base member ( 32 ), of the cantilever ( 33 ), and when the first liquid outlet ( 11 ) is plugged by the plugging head ( 31 ), the abutting bulges ( 332 ) abut against the baffles ( 323 ).

The lid structure according to  claim 7 , wherein a guide groove ( 324 ) passing through the radial direction of the lid body ( 1 ) is formed in a side, away from the cantilever ( 33 ), of the base member ( 32 ), two sliding blocks ( 35 ) are disposed in the guide groove ( 324 ), a second elastic member ( 36 ) is disposed between the two sliding blocks ( 35 ), two buckling positions ( 15 ) are disposed on an inner wall of the lid body ( 1 ), a supporting part ( 16 ) is disposed on a side, facing the rotating cover ( 2 ), of each of the buckling positions ( 15 ) on the inner wall of the lid body ( 1 ), the base member ( 32 ) is located between the supporting part ( 16 ) and the buckling position ( 15 ), and ends, facing away from each other, of the two sliding blocks ( 35 ) are respectively clamped on sides, facing the base member ( 32 ), of the two buckling positions ( 15 ). 
     
     
         9 . The lid structure according to  claim 8 , wherein a limiting cover plate ( 37 ) is buckled on a side, away from the cantilever ( 33 ), of the base member ( 32 ), the limiting cover plate ( 37 ) is provided with a limiting groove ( 371 ), and the two sliding blocks ( 35 ) are provided with toggling bulges ( 351 ) protruding out of the limiting groove ( 371 ); and/or a partition plate ( 325 ) is constructed in the guide groove ( 324 ), the two sliding blocks ( 35 ) are respectively disposed on two sides of the partition plate ( 325 ), and the second elastic member ( 36 ) is clamped between the partition plate ( 325 ) and each of the two sliding blocks ( 35 ). 
     
     
         10 . The lid structure according to  claim 2 , wherein a sealing ring ( 5 ) is disposed between an outer wall of the pin shaft ( 22 ) and an inner wall of the shaft hole ( 14 ); and/or an air guide hole ( 17 ) is formed in the lid body ( 1 ), a sealing member ( 414 ) for plugging the air guide hole ( 17 ) is disposed on a side, away from the lid body ( 1 ), of the chuck ( 41 ), and when the suction nozzle ( 13 ) rebounds at the misaligned gap ( 21 ) to reset, the air guide hole ( 17 ) is misaligned to the sealing member ( 414 ); and/or the lid structure further comprises a portable lifting handle ( 6 ), and two ends of the portable lifting handle ( 6 ) are rotatably disposed on an outer wall of the lid body ( 1 ). 
     
     
         11 . The lid structure according to  claim 1 , wherein the rotating cover ( 2 ) is provided with a first blocking part ( 23 ), a toggling point groove ( 24 ) and a second blocking part ( 25 ) sequentially disposed in a circumferential direction; the lid body ( 1 ) is provided with a toggling point ( 18 ); when the suction nozzle ( 13 ) rebounds at the misaligned gap ( 21 ) to reset, the toggling point ( 18 ) abuts against a side, facing the toggling point groove ( 24 ), of the first blocking part ( 23 ); when the misaligned gap ( 21 ) is connected to the first liquid outlet ( 11 ), the toggling point ( 18 ) abuts against a side, facing the toggling point groove ( 24 ), of the second blocking part ( 25 ); and the toggling point groove ( 24 ) is located between the first blocking part ( 23 ) and the second blocking part ( 25 ).
