Abstract
A combination structure of a straight bar and a cross bar of a guardrail is to comprise an embedding opening configured at a position where the cross bar provided for the straight bar to be inserted. The two corresponding inner walls inside the cross bar extend two the two sides of the embedding opening to form a buckle plate. The tail end of the buckle plate has a buckle part, and a distal end of the buckle part is located within a bore diameter projection range of the embedding opening. The extending direction of the buckle part is away from the embedding opening. Based on the above configuration, when the straight bar and the cross bar of the guardrail are assembled, the clamping force of two corresponding buckle plates enable the two corresponding buckle parts to strongly buckle the corresponding outer walls of two sides of the straight bar. The configuration is easily assembled and has tight stability and no residual gaps are left.

an embedding opening is configured at a position where the cross bar providing an end part of the straight bar to be inserted; a pair of buckle plates are configured on the two corresponding sides located at a hollow interior of the cross bar and the two sides of the embedding opening; and a buckle part is configured on a tail end of the buckle plate, wherein a distal end of the buckle part falls within a bore diameter projection range of the embedding opening, and the buckle part extends obliquely toward a direction away form away from the embedding opening.

The combination structure of the straight bar and the cross bar of the guardrail of claim 1 , wherein the buckle plate horizontally extends from the two vertical inner walls inside the cross bar to form a horizontal section and further the horizontal section vertically extends two a direction away from the embedding opening to form a vertical section, and the vertical section further extends toward a direction away from the embedding opening to form the buckle part.
3 . The combination structure of the straight bar and the cross bar of the guardrail of claim 1 , wherein, the distal end of the buckle part is a sharp shape.

The combination structure of the straight bar and the cross bar of the guardrail of claim 1 , wherein, when the cross bar is the upper cross bar of the guardrail, the embedding opening is located on a bottom surface of the upper cross bar, and when the cross bar is the lower cross bar of the guardrail, the embedding opening is located on a top surface of the lower cross bar.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
