Claims

Abstract

A combination structure of a straight bar and a cross bar of a guardrail is to comprise an embedding opening configured at a position where the cross bar provided for the straight bar to be inserted. A pair of buckle plates is configured inside the cross bar and on the two opposite sides of two sides of the embedding opening, the tail end of the buckle plate has a buckle part, and the buckle part is located within the bore diameter projection range of the embedding opening. The two opposite outer walls on the end part of the straight bar corresponding to the two buckle parts are configured with a horizontal snapping slot, and when the straight bar is inserted into the cross bar, the buckle part is embedded into the snapping slot. At the interior of the cross bar, a pair of stopping plates is extending from the inner wall of the cross bar away from the end of the embedding opening and at an adjacent side of the buckle part. The tail end of the stopping plate also falls within the bore diameter projection range of the embedding opening and the stopping plate enables the end part of the straight bar to be supported and positioned. Based on the above configuration, the straight bar and the cross bar of the guardrail can be assembled easily with tight and stable combination and no residual gaps are left.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A combination structure of a straight bar and a cross bar of a guardrail, comprising:
 an embedding opening is configured at a position where the cross bar providing an end part of the straight bar to be inserted, a pair of buckle plates are configured at a hollow interior of the cross bar and locate at the two opposite sides of the two sides of the embedding opening, and the tail ends of the buckle plates have a buckle part located within a bore diameter projection range of the embedding opening;   a horizontal snapping slot is configured on the two opposite outer walls on the end part of the vertical bar and at a position corresponding to the buckle parts, and when the straight bar is inserted into the cross bar, the buckle parts are embedded into the snapping slot; and,   a stopping plate is extended from an inner wall of the cross bar located at an adjacent side of the buckle part and away from an end of the embedding opening, a tail end of the stopping plate also falls within the bore diameter projection range of the embedding opening, the distance between the stopping plate and the buckle part is equal to the distance from the end part of the straight bar to the snapping slot, and when the end part of the straight bar is inserted into the cross bar, the end part contacts and is positioned with the stopping plate.   
     
     
         2 . The combination structure of the straight bar and the cross bar of the guardrail of  claim 1 , wherein the buckle plate is formed via the inner wall of the cross bar extending integrally, and the extending direction is the same as the direction which the end part of the straight bar is inserted into the cross bar. 
     
     
         3 . The combination structure of the straight bar and the cross bar of the guardrail of  claim 1 , wherein, when the cross bar is an upper cross bar of the guardrail, the embedding opening is located on a bottom surface of the upper cross bar, and when the cross bar is a lower cross bar of the guardrail, the embedding opening is located on a top surface of the lower cross bar. 
     
     
         4 . The combination structure of the straight bar and the cross bar of the guardrail of  claim 3 , wherein, when a top end of the upper cross bar has an opening, the opening is covered by an upper cover, the upper cover is a hollow shape with a notch on the bottom end, the two opposite mouth edges of the notch protrude toward the interior of the notch to configure two lower clasps, the lower clasps snap with the two sides of the bottom surface of the upper cross bar, a top wall inside the upper cover protrudes downward to form a pair of upper clasp, and the upper clasps snaps with the two upper wings configured on the opposite mouth edges. 
     
     
         5 . The combination structure of the straight bar and the cross bar of the guardrail of  claim 3 , wherein the top end of the upper cross bar has a top wall used as the stopping plate to provide an upper end above the straight bar to contact, and when the upper cross bar is overturned for 180 degrees to be used as the lower cross bar, a bottom wall of the lower cross bar provides the lower end of the straight bar to contact. 
     
     
         6 . The combination structure of the straight bar and the cross bar of the guardrail of  claim 5 , wherein the bottom wall is drilled to have drainage holes.
