Mattress cover with multiple colored fibers

Abstract

A mattress cover includes a plurality of fire-retardant fibers and a plurality of non-fire-retardant fibers. The plurality of fire-retardant fibers has a first color. The plurality of non-fire-retardant fibers has a second color. The first color is different from the second color.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A mattress cover, comprising:
 a plurality of fire-retardant fibers,
 wherein the plurality of fire-retardant fibers has a first color; and 
   a plurality of non-fire-retardant fibers,
 wherein the plurality of non-fire-retardant fibers has a second color, 
 wherein the first color is different from the second color. 
   
     
     
         2 . The mattress cover of  claim 1 , wherein the first color is white and the second color is blue. 
     
     
         3 . The mattress cover of  claim 2 , wherein the second color is navy blue. 
     
     
         4 . The mattress cover of  claim 1 , wherein the first color is white and the second color is beige. 
     
     
         5 . The mattress cover of  claim 1 , wherein the first color is white and the second color is tan. 
     
     
         6 . The mattress cover of  claim 1 , wherein the plurality of non-fire-retardant fibers are 1% by weight to 50% by weight of a total weight of the mattress cover, and wherein the fire-retardant fibers are 50% by weight to 99% by weight of the total weight of the mattress cover. 
     
     
         7 . The mattress cover of  claim 1 , wherein the mattress cover has a weight of 100 gsm to 1,000 gsm. 
     
     
         8 . The mattress cover of  claim 1 , wherein the plurality of fire-retardant fibers is composed of one or more of a cellulosic yarn, rayon yarn, wool, viscose filament yarn, polyester, polypropylene, fire retardant poly, acrylic, nylon, synthetic bulking yarns, or combinations or blends thereof. 
     
     
         9 . The mattress cover of  claim 1 , wherein the mattress cover includes a first layer, a second layer, and a third layer between the first layer and the second layer, wherein the second layer is a face layer, wherein the face layer is an outermost layer of the mattress cover. 
     
     
         10 . The mattress cover of  claim 9 , wherein the face layer includes the plurality of fire-retardant fibers and the plurality of non-fire-retardant fibers. 
     
     
         11 . A mattress, comprising:
 a core; and   a mattress cover,
 wherein the mattress cover covers at least a portion of the core, 
 wherein the mattress cover includes
 a plurality of fire-retardant fibers, 
 wherein the plurality of fire-retardant fibers has a first color; and 
 a plurality of non-fire-retardant fibers, 
 wherein the plurality of non-fire-retardant fibers has a second color, and 
 wherein the first color is different from the second color. 
 
   
     
     
         12 . The mattress of  claim 11 , wherein the first color is white and the second color is blue. 
     
     
         13 . The mattress of  claim 12 , wherein the second color is navy blue. 
     
     
         14 . The mattress of  claim 11 , wherein the first color is white and the second color is beige. 
     
     
         15 . The mattress of  claim 11 , wherein the first color is white and the second color is tan. 
     
     
         16 . The mattress of  claim 11 , wherein the plurality of non-fire-retardant fibers are 1% by weight to 50% by weight of a total weight of the mattress cover, and wherein the fire-retardant fibers are 50% by weight to 99% by weight of the total weight of the mattress cover. 
     
     
         17 . The mattress of  claim 11 , wherein the mattress cover has a weight of 100 gsm to 1,000 gsm. 
     
     
         18 . The mattress of  claim 11 , wherein the plurality of fire-retardant fibers is composed of one or more of a cellulosic yarn, rayon yarn, wool, viscose filament yarn, polyester, polypropylene, fire retardant poly, acrylic, nylon, synthetic bulking yarns, or combinations or blends thereof.

The mattress of  claim 11 , wherein the mattress cover includes a first layer, a second layer, and a third layer between the first layer and the second layer, wherein the second layer is a face layer, wherein the face layer is an outermost layer of the mattress cover, and wherein the face layer includes the plurality of fire-retardant fibers and the plurality of non-fire-retardant fibers. 
     
     
         20 . Bedding, comprising:
 a core; and   a cover,
 wherein the cover covers at least a portion of the core,
 wherein the cover includes
 a plurality of fire-retardant fibers, 
 wherein the plurality of fire-retardant fibers has a first color; and 
 a plurality of non-fire-retardant fibers, 
 wherein the plurality of non-fire-retardant fibers has a second color, and 
 wherein the first color is different from the second color.
