Abstract

The present application provides an outdoor unit of an air conditioner, and a HVAC device. The outdoor unit of the air conditioner includes: a casing, a fan, and a heat exchanger; the casing is provided with an air outlet; the fan is arranged facing the air outlet; the fan is provided with a rotating central axis, and the heat exchanger is arranged around the rotating central axis; a distance between the heat exchanger and the fan in an axial direction of the rotating central axis is d, a diameter of the fan is D, and d/D≥0.05. In the outdoor unit of the air conditioner provided in the present application, the distance between the heat exchanger and the fan in the axial direction of the rotating central axis, is d, and the diameter of the fan is D. By arranging d/D to be greater than or equal to 0.05.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . An outdoor unit of an air conditioning, comprising:
 a casing, provided with an air outlet;   a fan, arranged facing the air outlet; and   a heat exchanger;   wherein the fan is provided with a rotating central axis, and the heat exchanger is arranged around the rotating central axis; a distance d is between the heat exchanger and the fan in an axial direction of the rotating central axis, a diameter D of the fan, and d/D≥0.05.   
     
     
         2 . The outdoor unit of the air conditioner according to  claim 1 , wherein the distance d between the heat exchanger and the fan in the axial direction of the rotating central axis is greater than or equal to 20 mm and less than or equal to 60 mm. 
     
     
         3 . The outdoor unit of the air conditioner according to  claim 1 , wherein the diameter D of the fan is greater than or equal to 600 mm and less than or equal to 700 mm. 
     
     
         4 . The outdoor unit of the air conditioner according to  claim 1 , wherein the distance d between the heat exchanger and the fan in the axial direction of the rotating central axis is greater than or equal to 35 mm and less than or equal to 45 mm, and the diameter D of the fan is 650 mm. 
     
     
         5 . The outdoor unit of the air conditioner according to  claim 1 , wherein the fan comprises a plurality of blades arranged circumferentially along the rotating central axis, each of the plurality of blades is arranged to provide with a curved surface, and each of the plurality of blades is provided with a blade tip arranged away from the air outlet. 
     
     
         6 . The outdoor unit of the air conditioner according to  claim 5 , wherein a distance between the blade tip and the heat exchanger in the axial direction of the rotating central axis is the d. 
     
     
         7 . The outdoor unit of the air conditioner according to  claim 5 , wherein a periphery of each of the plurality of blades comprises a trailing edge, an outer edge, and a leading edge sequentially connected; an end of the trailing edge away from the outer edge and an end of the leading edge away from the outer edge are both arranged adjacent to a root of the blade, and a joint between the outer edge and the leading edge is the blade tip, the outer edge is arranged gradually away from the air outlet in a direction from an end of the outer edge connected to the trailing edge to an end the outer edge connected to the leading edge, and the leading edge is arranged gradually away from the air outlet in a direction from the root of the blade to an end of the leading edge connected to the outer edge. 
     
     
         8 . The outdoor unit of the air conditioner according to  claim 1 , wherein the outdoor unit is configured to comprise a fan unit and a heat exchanger unit, the casing comprises a first housing and a second housing detachably connected with the first housing; the fan unit comprises the first housing and the fan arranged in the first housing, and the heat exchanger unit comprises the second housing and the heat exchanger arranged in the second housing. 
     
     
         9 . The outdoor unit of the air conditioner according to  claim 8 , wherein the first housing comprises a first sidewall portion arranged surrounding the rotating central axis, and the first sidewall portion is configured to be a cylindrical configuration provided with an upper opening and a lower opening along the rotating central axis, the upper opening of the first sidewall portion is configured to be the air outlet, and the lower opening of the first sidewall portion is configured to receive an air after heat exchanging by the heat exchanger. 
     
     
         10 . The outdoor unit of the air conditioner according to  claim 9 , wherein the fan unit comprises a grille, the grille is mounted in the upper opening of the first sidewall portion, a back side of the grille is arranged toward an internal space of the first sidewall portion, and the fan is mounted at a lower side of the grille. 
     
     
         11 . The outdoor unit of the air conditioner according to  claim 10 , wherein the first sidewall portion comprises a plurality of support portions, the plurality of support portions are arranged at the upper opening of the first sidewall portion, and the plurality of support portions are configured to jointly support the grille; and
 the plurality of the support portions are located in a first plane, the first plane is perpendicular to the rotating central axis, the first plane is arranged lower than an internal concave space formed at an upper edge of the first sidewall portion; and the grille is received in the internal concave space and is fixed on the plurality of the support portions.   
     
     
         12 . The outdoor unit of the air conditioner according to  claim 10 , wherein the fan unit comprises an air deflector, an inner wall of the air deflector surrounds to form an air guide channel provided with an upper opening and a lower opening, and an edge of the upper opening of the air guide channel is formed with a plurality of upper mounting portions;
 the first sidewall portion comprises a plurality of support portions, the plurality of support portions are arranged at the upper opening of the first sidewall portion, lower sides of the plurality of support portions are respectively fixed on the plurality of the upper mounting portions; and an upper sides of the plurality of support portions are configured to jointly support the grille; and   the fan is fixed to the lower sides of the plurality of support portions, and a plurality of blades of the fan are located in the air guide channel and the diameter D of the fan is less than a diameter Dn of the air guide channel.   
     
     
         13 . The outdoor unit of the air conditioner according to  claim 10 , wherein the second housing comprises a second sidewall portion arranged surrounding the rotating central axis, and the second sidewall portion is configured to be a cylindrical configuration provided with an upper opening and a lower opening, the lower opening of the second sidewall portion is mounted with a bottom wall supporting the heat exchanger, and the upper opening of the second sidewall portion is arranged corresponding to the lower opening of the first sidewall portion. 
     
     
         14 . The outdoor unit of the air conditioner according to  claim 13 , wherein the second sidewall portion is provided with a ventilation sidewall, the ventilation sidewall is arranged surrounding an outer side of the heat exchanger, the ventilation sidewall is provided with a plurality of ventilation holes corresponding to the heat exchanger, the fan unit drives an outside air passing through the plurality of ventilation holes and the heat exchanger to exchange heat, the air after heat exchanging from the heat exchanger unit enters into the fan unit, and exits from the air outlet. 
     
     
         15 . The outdoor unit of the air conditioner according to  claim 14 , wherein the heat exchanger unit further comprises an electronic control unit, the electronic control unit comprises a bottom plate, a circuit board mounted on the bottom plate, and a cover portion connected with the bottom plate and covering the circuit board; and
 the ventilation sidewall is in a rectangular shape and is provided with an opening formed at a joint of adjacent sides of the ventilation sidewall, the bottom plate covers the opening of the ventilation sidewall, and the cover portion and the ventilation sidewall are constructed into a complete rectangle.   
     
     
         16 . The outdoor unit of the air conditioner according to  claim 8 , wherein a housing wall of the first housing is recessed towards an internal space to form a plurality of groove portions, each of the plurality of groove portions is provided with a groove bottom wall along a recessed direction of the groove portion, a first groove wall connected to a lower side of the groove bottom wall, and a second groove wall connected to an upper side of the groove bottom wall; and
 the first housing is mounted on the second housing from top to bottom, an upper end of the second housing is inserted into the lower opening of the first housing, and the upper end of the second housing is configured to provide with a bearing surface to bear the first groove wall of each of the plurality of groove portions.   
     
     
         17 . The outdoor unit of the air conditioner according to  claim 16 , wherein a lower edge of the first housing is provided with a plurality of first fixing holes, the upper end of the second housing is provided with a plurality of second fixing holes, and the plurality of first fixing holes correspond to the plurality of the second fixing holes. 
     
     
         18 . The outdoor unit of the air conditioner according to  claim 17 , wherein the fan unit comprises an air deflector, an inner wall of the air deflector surrounds to form an air guide channel provided with an upper opening and a lower opening, an outer side of the air deflector is provided with a plurality of side mounting portions, the groove bottom wall of each of the plurality of groove portions is provided with at least one mounting hole, and the plurality of side mounting portions are respectively fixed in the plurality of mounting holes in an one-to-one correspondence. 
     
     
         19 . A HVAC device, comprising:
 an outdoor unit of an air conditioner and an indoor unit,   wherein the outdoor unit comprises   a casing, provided with an air outlet;   a fan, arranged facing the air outlet; and   a heat exchanger;   wherein the fan is provided with a rotating central axis, and the heat exchanger is arranged around the rotating central axis; a distance between the heat exchanger and the fan in an axial direction of the rotating central axis is d, a diameter of the fan is D, and d/D≥0.05; and   wherein the indoor unit and the outdoor unit are in communication with each other through a gas pipe and a liquid pipe to form a refrigerant circulation system.   
     
     
         20 . The HVAC device according to  claim 19 , wherein the outdoor unit comprises a compressor, a heat source side heat exchanger and a gas liquid separator, the heat source side heat exchanger is the heat exchanger, an end of the heat source side heat exchanger is connected to an exhaust port of the compressor, an other end of the heat source side heat exchanger is connected to the liquid pipe, an end of the gas liquid separator is connected to an air return port of the compressor, an other end of the gas liquid separator is connected to the gas pipe.
