Abstract
The present invention discloses a weightlifting spotting handle for free weights. The invention comprises a first and second adjustable connector strap and primary support handle. The first and second adjustable connector straps may be attached at either end of the handle of a free weight. The first and second adjustable connector straps may be attached to a primary support handle either directly or indirectly. The weightlifting spotting handle is novel such that it provides a mechanism for a weightlifting partner, known as a spotter, to lift a free weight from a struggling user.
