Abstract

A folding exercise board that includes a rear portion, a front portion, and a folding point disposed between the rear portion and the front portion. The folding point includes a locking mechanism. The folding exercise board includes at least one base portion disposed on the front portion. The at least one base portion includes an aperture. The foot anchor is disposed through the aperture of the at least one base portion. The folding exercise board includes a foot anchor, a plurality of hole anchors, and at least one telescoping arm. The at least one telescoping arm is coupled to the foot anchor.

1 . An exercise board comprising:
 a board member having a thickness and defining an exercise surface;   a support assembly removably coupled to the board member and extending from the exercise surface, at least a portion of the support assembly extending in a plane that is separated from the exercise surface, the support assembly being arranged to position a body of a user relative to the exercise surface; and   at least one hole anchor assembly, the at least one hole anchor assembly including a through hole defined by the board member and an anchor bar disposed across the through hole, the through hole extending through the thickness of the board member.   
     
     
         2 . The exercise board of  claim 1 , wherein:
 the board member defines a longitudinal axis of the exercise board;   a bar member of the support assembly is positioned orthogonal to the longitudinal axis; and   the bar member is spaced a separation distance from the exercise surface.   
     
     
         3 . The exercise board of  claim 1 , wherein:
 the board member includes a first portion and a second portion;   the second portion is coupled to the first portion via a folding portion disposed between the first portion and the second portion; and   the folding point includes a locking mechanism.   
     
     
         4 . The exercise board of  claim 3 , wherein:
 the first portion and second portion are movable about the folding point between a usage configuration and a storage configuration of the exercise board; and   on a condition that the exercise board is in the usage configuration, a top surface of the first portion and a top surface of the second portion are horizontally aligned so as to form one continuous exercise surface of the exercise board.   
     
     
         5 . The exercise board of  claim 3 , wherein:
 the support assembly is separated from the board member on a condition that the exercise board is in the storage configuration.   
     
     
         6 . The exercise board of  claim 1 , wherein:
 the support assembly includes a bar member;   the bar member is configured as a hand-hold positioned at a separation distance from the exercise surface; and   the separation distance has a magnitude that is sufficient to support at least a portion of a user's body at a distance from the exercise surface.   
     
     
         7 . The exercise board of  claim 1 , wherein:
 the support assembly includes at least one telescoping arm movably coupled to a bar member; and   an end of the at least one telescoping arm includes a clip or loop positioned to secure an exercise band.   
     
     
         8 . The exercise board of  claim 1 , wherein:
 the at least one hole anchor assembly is one of a plurality of hole anchor assemblies; and   the plurality of hole anchor assemblies is distributed as an array along the exercise board.   
     
     
         9 . An exercise board comprising:
 a board member having a thickness; and   a plurality of hole anchor assemblies distributed as an array along the exercise board, each hole anchor assembly of the plurality of hole anchor assemblies including a through hole defined by the board member and an anchor bar disposed across the through hole, the through hole extending through the thickness of the board member.   
     
     
         10 . The exercise board of  claim 9 , further comprising:
 a rubberized mat having a mat thickness coupled to the board member, the rubberized mat at least partially defining an exercise surface of the exercise board, the through hole of each hole anchor assembly of the plurality of hole anchor assemblies extending through the thickness of the board member and the mat thickness.   
     
     
         11 . The exercise board of  claim 10 , wherein:
 the anchor bar of each hole anchor assembly of the plurality of hole anchor assemblies is disposed across a portion of the through hole defined by the board member and not a portion of the through hole that is defined by the rubberized mat.   
     
     
         12 . The exercise board of  claim 9 , wherein:
 the board member defines a longitudinal axis of the exercise board;   the array is a first array of hole anchor assemblies positioned parallel to a first side edge of the board member; and   the plurality of hole anchor assemblies includes a second array of hole anchor assemblies positioned parallel to a second side edge of the board member, the second array is separated from the first array by the longitudinal axis.   
     
     
         13 . The exercise board of  claim 9 , wherein:
 the board member defines a longitudinal axis of the exercise board; and   the anchor bar of each hole anchor assembly of the plurality of hole anchor assemblies is orthogonal to the longitudinal axis.   
     
     
         14 . The exercise board of  claim 9 , further comprising:
 a support assembly removably coupled to the board member, at least a portion of the support assembly extending in a plane that is separated from the board member, the support assembly being arranged to position a body of a user.   
     
     
         15 . The exercise board of  claim 9 , further comprising:
 at least one exercise band configured to be removably coupled to the plurality of hole anchor assemblies, the at least one exercise band having a first resistance force vector on a condition that the at least one exercise band is coupled to a first hole anchor assembly of the plurality of hole anchor assemblies and a second resistance force vector on a condition that the at least one exercise band is coupled to a second hole anchor assembly of the plurality of hole anchor assemblies, the first resistance force vector being different from the second resistance force vector.   
     
     
         16 . An exercise board comprising:
 a board member having a thickness, the board member defining a longitudinal axis and an exercise surface of the exercise board;   at least one base member coupled to a top surface of the board member, the at least one base member extending outward from the top surface, the at least one base member defining an aperture at a separation distance from the top surface;   a bar member positioned orthogonal to the longitudinal axis and extending through the aperture defined by the at least one base member at the separation distance from the top surface; and   at least one band anchor assembly recessed at least partially below recessed the exercise surface, the at least one band anchor assembly including an anchor member positioned within a void defined by the board member.   
     
     
         17 . The exercise board of  claim 16 , wherein:
 the anchor member defines a loop configured to receive a portion of an exercise band.   
     
     
         18 . The exercise board of  claim 16 , wherein:
 the at least one band anchor assembly is one of a plurality of band anchor assemblies; and   the band anchor assemblies of the plurality of band anchor assemblies are distributed as an array along the exercise board.   
     
     
         19 . The exercise board of  claim 18 , further comprising:
 at least one exercise band configured to be removably coupled to the anchor member, the at least one exercise bad having a first resistance force vector on a condition that the at least one exercise band is coupled to a first band anchor assembly of the plurality of band anchor assemblies and a second resistance force vector on a condition that the at least one exercise band is coupled to a second band anchor assembly of the plurality of band anchor assemblies, the first resistance force vector being different from the second resistance force vector.   
     
     
         20 . The exercise board of  claim 18 ,
 the array is a first array of band anchor assemblies positioned parallel to a first side edge of the board member, and   the plurality of band anchor assemblies includes a second array of band anchor assemblies positioned parallel to a second side edge of the board member, the second array is separated from the first array by the longitudinal axis.
