Spherical Grinder

Abstract

The present utility model discloses a spherical grinder, which comprises a grinder body; the grinder body comprises a handhold part and a grinding part, the grinding part is set below the handhold part and provided with at least one grinding unit. The present utility model is subject to a reasonable structure design; the connection to the handhold part is achieved by fitting and connecting universal balls of grinding units to connecting pieces, the operation is flexible and can meet different angle grinding requirements, improving the grinding and polishing efficiency; and the handhold part provided with a gripping part is intended for easy holding, achieving a more friendly grip, making the control of the grinder easier and avoiding hand fatigue.

1 . A spherical grinder comprising a grinder body, which is characterized in that the grinder body comprises a handhold part and a grinding part, the grinding part is set below the handhold part and provided with at least one grinding unit.

According to  claim 1 , it is characterized in that the grinding units comprise grinding discs, grinding disc covers, universal balls and connecting pieces; the lower ends of the connecting pieces pass through the grinding disc covers and are connected to the grinding discs, and the upper ends of the connecting pieces are connected to the universal balls.

According to  claim 2 , it is characterized in that through-holes are provided below the handhold part for fitting and connecting to the grinding units, and connecting joints are set in the through-holes; universal balls are set in the connecting joints, and the grinding units are connected to the handhold part through the universal balls fitting and connecting to the connecting joints. 
     
     
         4 . According to  claim 2 , it is characterized in that the handhold part is provided with a gripping part for easy holding, and the gripping part has at least one downward concavity.
