Abstract
A mop bucket for cleaning and squeezing a flat mop includes a bucket body and a squeezing device disposed inside the bucket body; the bucket body has a squeezing water section and a cleaning section, which are respectively at two different positions when used; when the mop head of the flat mop is removably inserted into the squeezing device, the squeezing device presses against the wiper on the mop head and scrapes the wiper on the mop head. A cleaning tool set is further provided. The mop bucket can clean and squeeze a wiper on the flat mop by integrating both functions of cleaning and squeezing together, provide better cleaning and squeezing effects, and realize a convenient and labor-saving squeezing operation and pleasurable user experience.

A cleaning tool set, comprising a mop bucket and a flat mop, wherein the flat mop comprises a mop rod and a mop head rotatably attached to the mop rod, and a wiper is disposed on the mop head, and during squeezing, the mop head rotates to a squeezing state, so that the mop head is parallel to or approximately parallel to the mop rod; and
the mop bucket comprises a bucket body having a squeezing water section, a squeezing device is provided at an upper part of the squeezing water section, and the flat mop in the squeezing state moves up and down relative to the squeezing device, wherein water in the wiper is scraped off by the squeezing device.
2 . The cleaning tool set according to claim 1 , wherein the squeezing device has an opening, the mop head and the mop rod in the squeezing state insert into the opening and enter the squeezing water section to move up and down for squeezing; and
when the flat mop moves downwards, a lower end of the mop head is allowed to contact with a bottom of the squeezing water section, and a height of the bucket body matches a height of the mop head in the squeezing state, so that the wiper at an upper end of the mop head is allowed to be squeezed by the squeezing device.

The cleaning tool set according to claim 1 , wherein the bucket body has a raised step protruding upwardly from a bottom of the squeezing water section, and the raised step is opposite to the opening, thereby forming a water accumulating interlayer around the raised step at the bottom of the squeezing water section.
4 . The cleaning tool set according to claim 1 , wherein a buffer for the flat mop is disposed on the raised step.
5 . The cleaning tool set according to claim 1 , wherein an end of the mop rod is rotatably connected to a center of a front surface of the mop head, and the wiper is disposed on a rear surface of the mop head; and
in the squeezing state, an axis of the mop head in a length direction is parallel to or approximately parallel to the mop rod.
6 . The cleaning tool set according to claim 5 , wherein the mop head is rectangular in shape.
7 . The cleaning tool set according to claim 5 , wherein the squeezing device comprises a frame and a squeezer, the opening is a squeezing port provided on the frame for inserting the flat mop, and the squeezer is disposed adjacent to the squeezing port, so that the squeezer is allowed to scrape the wiper.

The cleaning tool set according to claim 7 , wherein the squeezing port comprises a first port for inserting the mop head and a second port for inserting the mop rod, wherein the first port and the second port are interconnected, and the squeezer is disposed adjacent to the first port, so that the squeezer is allowed to scrape the wiper.
9 . The cleaning tool set according to claim 7 , wherein the squeezer is a squeezing strip, or a squeezing sheet, or a rotatable squeezing water roller, and the squeezer is fixed on the frame; or,
the squeezer is a squeezing strip, or a squeezing sheet, or a rotatable squeezing water roller, and the squeezer is movably connected to the frame via an elastic device; or, the squeezer is a squeezing strip, or a squeezing sheet, or a rotatable squeezing water roller, the frame has an oblique slide rail, and the squeezer is movably positioned in the oblique slide rail and is allowed to move along the oblique slide rail.
10 . The cleaning tool set according to claim 7 , wherein the squeezer is a squeezing strip with water ports formed thereon.
11 . The cleaning tool set according to claim 7 , wherein the squeezing device comprises a squeezer for squeezing the wiper on the mop head and a first support opposite to the squeezer, wherein the squeezer is directly or indirectly disposed on the bucket body, the first support is disposed on the bucket body, a squeezing space is formed between the squeezer and the first support, and the opening is located near a top of the squeezing space.
12 . The cleaning tool set according to claim 11 , wherein the first support is a pair of support ribs longitudinally extending from an end surface of the bucket body; or,
the first support is a pair of support ribs transversely extending from a side surface of the bucket body; or, the first support is a pair of support frames longitudinally extending from an end surface of the bucket body, with a roller being disposed at a tail end of each of the support frames; or, the first support is a pair of support frames transversely extending from a side surface of the bucket body, with a roller being disposed on each of the support frames.
13 . The cleaning tool set according to claim 1 , wherein a buffer for the flat mop is disposed within the squeezing water section.
14 . The cleaning tool set according to claim 13 , wherein the buffer is an elastic cushion, or an elastic block, or a spring-loaded device, and the buffer is disposed on a bottom of the bucket body; and
the spring-loaded device comprises an ejected spring and a rebound carrier, wherein a bottom of the ejected spring is fixed to the bucket body, and a top of the ejected spring presses against the rebound carrier.
15 . The cleaning tool set according to claim 1 , wherein an enclosure frame is disposed on a bottom of the squeezing water section, and during squeezing, a lower end of the mop head is allowed to insert into the enclosure frame.
16 . The cleaning tool set according to claim 15 , wherein an upper surface of the enclosure frame is provided with a downward inclined guide port.
17 . The cleaning tool set according to claim 1 , wherein a water pumping device is disposed within the squeezing water section.
18 . The cleaning tool set according to claim 17 , wherein the water pumping device comprises a water pumping cylinder placed on a bottom of the bucket body;
a baffle is disposed within the water pumping cylinder to divide an interior of the water pumping cylinder into an upper water pumping section connected to a water pumping pipe and a lower water supply section in communication with the bucket body; a piston is disposed within the upper water pumping section and sealed against the upper water pumping section, and an elastic device is disposed between the piston and the baffle; and a check valve is disposed on the baffle, wherein the check valve is closed when the piston is pressed down and opened when the piston is lifted up.
19 . The cleaning tool set according to claim 17 , wherein the water pumping device comprises an impeller pump disposed on a bottom of the bucket body, wherein the impeller pump is connected to a water pumping pipe, an impeller is disposed within the impeller pump, a driving shaft is disposed in a center of the impeller, and a driving gear is disposed on the driving shaft;
a gear carrier and a lifting rack are disposed within the bucket body, and a duplex gear is disposed on the gear carrier, wherein the duplex gear comprises a bevel gear and a driven gear engaged with the lifting rack; and a vertical spindle is disposed on the gear carrier, and an upper gear engaged with the bevel gear and a lower gear engaged with the driving gear are disposed on the vertical spindle.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
