Modified Snack Containment and Dispensing Apparatus
Abstract
The present invention is a snack containment and dispensing apparatus having a plurality of separate snack containment compartments, a preferably transparent lid having an opening therein, and a plunger to index or rotate a tray relative to the lid such that access to a snack compartment and/or compartments is permitted. In an embodiment, the present invention includes a slidable cover for the opening within the lid. The lid connects to a bowl with an angled pressure seal. In an embodiment, the tray is disposed on top of a cylindrical, stackable set of lunch box compartments. The lunch box compartments and tray forming a vertical lunch and snack apparatus that is movable as a single unit.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modifiedWhat is claimed is:
1 . A snack containment and dispensing apparatus comprising:
an apparatus having a spinning tray, a bucket-style lunch box, and a handle; a bowl disposed within said spinning tray; a lid connectable with the bowl, the lid including an opening having a slidable cover; said slidable cover having a vertical handle connected at one end of a window disposed within said lid where said slidable cover holds in multiple open positions; said bowl including multiple pockets and being configured for selective rotation with said spinning tray and connected lid to align one or more of the pockets with the slidable cover of said lid; said bucket-style lunch box having one or more compartments that are stacked in a vertical orientation; said spinning tray connected to said bucket-style lunch box compartments in a vertical arrangement where said spinning tray is disposed at the upper most position of the vertical arrangement; said handle connected to a top rim surrounding said spinning said tray and configured to permit the apparatus to be carried as a unit; and a plunger button configured to actuate rotation of the tray.
2 . The snack containment and dispensing apparatus of claim 1 , where the lid is connectable with the bowl by an angled rim on the interior circumference of the lid and an angled rim on the interior circumference of the bowl and surrounding the entirety of the spinning tray.
3 . The snack containment and dispensing apparatus of claim 1 , where each of said lunch box compartments is connected in the vertical arrangement by a push button actuator.
4 . The snack containment and dispensing apparatus of claim 2 , where each of the lunch box compartments has a recessed rim to permit a seal between each lunch box compartment and the lunch box compartment connected in said vertical arrangement.
5 . The snack compartment and dispensing apparatus of claim 2 , where the locking of the angled rim of the lid and the angled rim of the bowl forms a seal through a pressure closure.
6 . The snack containment and dispensing apparatus of claim 1 , where the lunch box compartments are of various volumetric sizes and are substantially cylindrical.
7 . The snack containment and dispensing apparatus of claim 1 , where the slidable lid position over said bowl permits access to one or more containment compartments.
8 . The snack containment and dispensing apparatus of claim 1 , where the rims of each of the lid and of the bowl are disposed to form a locking seal when the rim of said lid and the rim of said bowl are compressed together.
9 . The snack containment and dispensing apparatus of claim 7 , where the containment compartments are of various volumetric sizes.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
