Abstract
A fastening device includes a case unit, a spool, a driving unit, a knob and a connecting unit. The case unit includes an annular wall surrounding an inner space, and a base detachably and directly coupled to the annular wall. The spool is located within the inner space. The driving unit is located within the inner space and selectively prohibits the spool from rotating in a loosening direction. The knob is disposed on the annular wall. The connecting unit is connected to at least one of the knob, the spool and the driving unit without passing through the base and restricted by at least one of the annular wall, the spool and the driving unit such that the annular wall, the spool, the driving unit and the knob are combined integrally.

1 . A fastening device, comprising:
a case unit, comprising:
an annular wall surrounding an inner space; and
a base detachably and directly coupled to the annular wall and comprising an inner base surface facing the inner space;
a spool located within the inner space for a lace to wind therearound; a driving unit located within the inner space and selectively prohibiting the spool from rotating in a loosening direction; a knob disposed on the annular wall; and a connecting unit connected to at least one of the knob and the driving unit, the connecting unit comprising a plate located below the spool and above the inner base surface; wherein as the knob is moved upward, the lace is allowed to be unwound from the spool.
2 . The fastening device of claim 1 , wherein the case unit further comprises an inner annular groove located at a lower end of the annular wall for accommodating the plate.
3 . The fastening device of claim 1 , wherein the connecting unit further comprises and a shaft and a screw bar, the shaft protrudes upwardly from a center of the plate, the shaft is inserted into an axial space of the spool to connect to the knob, and the screw bar screws downward into the shaft.
4 . The fastening device of claim 1 , wherein the connecting unit further comprises a post and a screw bar, the post is directly connected to an inner wall the knob and protrudes into an axial space of the spool, and the screw bar screws the plate to the post.

The fastening device of claim 1 , wherein the connecting unit further comprises a screw bar and a plug, the screw bar is connected to the knob and is restricted by the driving unit, and the plug protrudes upwardly from the plate and is inserted into an axial space of the spool to couple to the driving unit.

The fastening device of claim 1 , wherein the connecting unit further comprises a screw bar and a plug, the plug protrudes upwardly from the plate, the screw bar is inserted into the plate and the plug to screw with the knob, and the plug is coupled to at least one clamping arm protruding from the knob.

The fastening device of claim 1 , wherein the connecting unit further comprises a plug and a screw bar, the plug protrudes from the plate to couple to at least one clamping arm of the driving unit, the screw bar passes through the plate and the plug to screw to a boss of the knob, and a head of the screw bar is restricted by the plate.
8 . The fastening device of claim 7 , wherein the knob comprises a lower flange located at a bottom end of the boss, and the lower flange is restricted by the driving unit.
9 . The fastening device of claim 1 , wherein the connecting unit further comprises a screw bar, a plug and at least one clamping projection, the at least one clamping projection protrudes upwardly from the plate, the plug is inserted into the plate to couple to the at least one clamping projection, and the screw bar passes through the knob to screw into the plug.
10 . The fastening device of claim 9 , wherein a top end surface of the plug is abutted against the driving unit, and the driving unit is restricted between the knob and the plug.
11 . The fastening device of claim 9 , wherein the plug is inserted into a boss of the knob, and a ledge of the plug is abutted against the driving unit.
12 . The fastening device of claim 1 , wherein the case unit further comprises:
an upper opening communicated with the inner space; and a bottom opening opposite to the upper opening and communicated with the inner space.Cited by (0)
