Structure for quickly assembling handle of draw-bar case
Abstract
The present invention provides a structure for quickly assembling a handle of a draw-bar case. The structure includes a case body and several handle assemblies. The handle assembly includes a handle and two handle retaining brackets. The handle retaining bracket are provided with a first inclined surface and a second inclined surface. The first inclined surface and the second inclined surface are provided with a position-limiting slot. The case body is provided with a clamping groove that is disposed corresponding to the handle retaining bracket. Two opposite side walls of the clamping groove are provided with an inverted buckle. The handle retaining bracket is aligned with and pressed into the clamping groove. The first and the second inclined surface will be adjacent to the inverted buckles, until the inverted buckles on both sides of the clamping groove are snap-fitted onto the position-limiting slots on both sides of the handle retaining bracket respectively.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modifiedWhat is claimed is:
1 . A structure for quickly assembling a handle of a draw-bar case, the structure comprises a case body and a plurality of handle assemblies disposed on the case body, the handle assemblies include a handle and two symmetrically disposed handle retaining brackets, the handle is assembled between the handle retaining brackets, two opposite end surfaces of the handle retaining bracket are provided with a first inclined surface and a second inclined surface respectively, the first inclined surface and the second inclined surface are each provided with a position-limiting slot, a surface of the case body is provided with a clamping groove that is disposed corresponding to the handle retaining bracket, and the clamping groove is matched with the handle retaining bracket, and two opposite side walls of the clamping groove are each provided with an inverted buckle that is snap-fitted onto the position-limiting slot.
2 . The structure for quickly assembling a handle of a draw-bar case according to claim 1 , wherein the two opposite sides of the handle retaining bracket are each provided with a guiding groove, the two opposite side walls of the clamping groove are each provided with a guiding plate that is disposed corresponding to the guiding groove, and the guiding plate is movably disposed on the guiding groove.
3 . The structure for quickly assembling a handle of a draw-bar case according to claim 2 , wherein the handle retaining bracket comprises a top plate and a guiding sleeve connected to a bottom of the top plate, the top plate is penetrated to form a through hole, two opposite side walls of the guiding sleeve are each provided with a wedge-shaped movable groove, both ends of a bottom of the handle are each provided with a connecting tab, the connecting tab is penetrated to form a pin hole, and the pin hole is connected by a shaft pin between the wedge-shaped movable grooves.
4 . The structure for quickly assembling a handle of a draw-bar case according to claim 3 , wherein the guiding sleeve is sleeved with a position-limiting sleeve located between the bottom of the top plate and the surface of the case body.
5 . The structure for quickly assembling a handle of a draw-bar case according to claim 4 , wherein the surface of the case body is concavely provided with a strip-shaped avoidance groove located between the clamping grooves.
6 . The structure for quickly assembling a handle of a draw-bar case according to claim 5 , wherein two handle assemblies are disposed on the case body, and the handle assemblies are respectively disposed on a top and a side of the case body.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
