A method of providing an oral care regimen kit includes packaging an oral care system in a packaging unit. The packaging unit includes the oral care system comprising a toothbrush and an oral fluid container. The packaging unit also includes a clip configured to engage a first portion of the oral care system such that the toothbrush cannot be depressed into the oral fluid container while the oral care system is engaged by the clip. The method also includes enclosing the packaging unit in a wrapper.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modifiedWhat is claimed is:
1 . A method of providing an oral care regimen kit, the method comprising:
packaging an oral care system in a packaging unit, the packaging unit comprising:
the oral care system comprising a toothbrush and an oral fluid container, and
a clip configured to engage a first portion of the oral care system such that the toothbrush cannot be depressed into the oral fluid container while the oral care system is engaged by the clip; and
enclosing the packaging unit in a wrapper.
2 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the clip is configured to releasably couple to the first portion to engage the first portion.
3 . The method of claim 2 , wherein the packaging unit comprises a mount configured to support the clip.
4 . The method of claim 3 , wherein the mount is a panel.
5 . The method of claim 4 , wherein:
the panel further comprises:
a middle portion,
a left flap, and
a right flap; and
the panel is configured to stand upright while supported by the middle portion, the left flap, and the right flap.
6 . The method of claim 3 , wherein the oral care system comprises a pair of grooves configured to receive a pair of flat portions of the clip.
7 . The method of claim 6 , wherein:
the oral fluid container contains a premeasured amount of oral fluid contained at a bottom of the oral care system; and the pair of grooves are configured such that the toothbrush cannot be depressed into the oral fluid container while the pair of flat portions are received by the pair of grooves.
8 . The method of claim 6 , wherein the clip is configured to engage a second portion of the oral care system different than the first portion after the oral care system has been used.
9 . The method of claim 6 , wherein packaging the oral care system comprises:
securing the packaging unit to the mount using the pair of flat portions.
10 . The method of claim 6 , wherein the pair of flat portions is not able to receive the pair of grooves after the oral care system is used such that the oral care system cannot be replaced into the packaging unit responsive to the oral care system being used.
11 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the toothbrush includes a suction port and a plunger configured to be removably inserted in the suction port.
12 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the clip comprises a set of prongs configured to surround and releasably couple to the first portion.
13 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the oral fluid container includes a funnel and a tube configured to be inserted into an internal chamber of the oral fluid container.
14 . The method of claim 13 , wherein:
the tube comprises:
a leading edge at an open end of the tube, and
a second edge, opposite the leading edge;
the tube is centered on an axis; and the leading edge is disposed along a plane that is separated from the axis by an acute angle in a clockwise direction from the axis.
15 . The method of claim 13 , wherein the funnel and the tube are configured to receive the toothbrush in the internal chamber.
16 . The method of claim 13 , wherein the tube comprises angled projections configured to prevent the tube from sliding out of the internal chamber responsive the tube being inserted in the internal chamber.
17 . The method of claim 13 , wherein the tube comprises one or more seals configured to prevent contaminants from entering the oral fluid container.
18 . The method of claim 13 , wherein the oral fluid container contains a base to receive a premeasured amount of oral fluid responsive to a user beginning tooth brushing.
19 . The method of claim 1 , wherein packaging the oral care system further comprises:
placing a lower portion of the oral care system in a recess of the packaging unit; and placing an upper portion of the oral care system in a slot of an overhang of the packaging unit.
20 . The method of claim 19 , wherein the oral care system comprises a pair of channels to receive sides of the slot.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
