Swimming pool cleaning robot with a quickly replaceable cleaning roller

Abstract

A swimming pool cleaning robot with a quickly replaceable cleaning roller includes a cleaning robot body and a cleaning roller, wherein an accommodating portion for accommodating the cleaning roller is formed in the bottom of a forward end of the cleaning robot body; a driving block for driving the robot body to move forward is rotatably mounted on an inner wall of one side of the accommodating portion; one end of the cleaning roller is engaged with the driving block, and the driving block drives the cleaning roller to rotate synchronously; and a telescopic clamping mechanism is arranged on an inner wall of the other side of the accommodating portion, and the clamping mechanism is engaged with the end of the cleaning roller away from the driving block.

A swimming pool cleaning robot comprising a replaceable cleaning roller, a robot body and a cleaning roller, wherein an accommodating portion configured to accommodate the cleaning roller is provided at a bottom of an advancing end of the robot body; a driving block that drives the robot body to move in a forward direction is mounted rotatably on an inner wall of one side of the accommodating portion; one end of the cleaning roller is snap-fitted with the driving block, and the driving block drives the cleaning roller to rotate synchronously; a telescopic clamping mechanism is arranged on an inner wall of another side of the accommodating portion, and the clamping mechanism is clamped together with another end of the cleaning roller away from the driving block.

The swimming pool cleaning robot according to  claim 1 , wherein the driving block comprises a driving block rotatably connected with the robot body; a concave groove defined on the driving block, and a snap-fitting block mounted fixedly on the end of the cleaning roller that is snap-fitted the driving block, a profile of the snap-fitting block matches the concave groove.

The swimming pool cleaning robot according to  claim 1 , wherein the clamping mechanism comprises a cylindrical component arranged fixedly on the robot body; a boss installed slidably inside the cylindrical component and extending through the robot body to the accommodating portion, and slidably connected with the robot body; a baffle arranged fixedly on one side of the cylindrical component away from the accommodating portion; a spring connected between the baffle and the boss; and a pin arranged with the boss and penetrating through the boss and the baffle, the pin moveably connected with the baffle; the spring slidably sleeved on the pin; and an annular block mounted on one side of the cleaning roller, the annular block matching the boss and the pin. 
     
     
         4 . The swimming pool cleaning robot according to  claim 3 , wherein the pin is fitted with the annular block. 
     
     
         5 . The swimming pool cleaning robot according to  claim 2 , wherein an elastic pad is fixedly installed on an inner wall of the groove.
