Abstract

In one aspect, a system of an adaptive asset tracking insurance rates for IoT asset tracking comprising: a plurality of asset trackers, wherein each asset tracker tracks one or more IoT assets and obtains a set of IoT data; one or more communications hubs; a base station; one or more communication networks; wherein each asset tracker is configured to be in communication with a base station and one or more of the communications hubs; wherein in the one or more communications hubs are configured to be in communication with one or more of the mobile units, and the one or more network; wherein the base station is configured to be in communication with the plurality of asset trackers; a server computing device configured to be in communication with the one or more networks, wherein the server computing device is further configured to implement the following logic: obtain data from the plurality of asset trackers, and dynamically issue an insurance coverage cost of each IoT asset tracked by the plurality of asset trackers.

What is claimed: 
     
         1 . A system of an adaptive asset tracking insurance rates for IoT asset tracking comprising:
 a plurality of asset trackers, wherein each asset tracker tracks one or more IoT assets and obtains a set of IoT data;   one or more communications hubs;   a base station;   one or more communication networks;   wherein each asset tracker is configured to be in communication with a base station and one or more of the communications hubs;   wherein in the one or more communications hubs are configured to be in communication with one or more of the mobile units, and the one or more network;   wherein the base station is configured to be in communication with the plurality of asset trackers;   a server computing device configured to be in communication with the one or more networks, wherein the server computing device is further configured to implement the following logic:
 obtain data from the plurality of asset trackers, and 
 dynamically issue an insurance coverage cost of each IoT asset tracked by the plurality of asset trackers. 
   
     
     
         2 . The system of  claim 1 , wherein the set of IoT data obtained by the plurality of asset trackers comprises a set of proper handling data of each IoT asset. 
     
     
         3 . The system of  claim 1 , wherein the set of IoT data obtained by the plurality of asset trackers comprises a set of environmental conditions of each IoT asset. 
     
     
         4 . The system of  claim 1 , wherein the set of IoT data obtained by the plurality of asset trackers comprises a location data of each IoT asset. 
     
     
         5 . The system of  claim 1 , wherein the set of IoT data obtained by the plurality of asset trackers comprises any parameter necessary for an insurance issuer to cover the IoT asset with insurance coverage. 
     
     
         6 . The system of  claim 2  further comprising:
 an ML-based adaptive tracker configured to generate one or tracked asset ML models used to dynamically update insurance rates associated with a tracked asset. 
 
     
     
         7 . The system of  claim 6 , wherein the ML-based adaptive tracker is configured to generates one or more tracked shipping route models to dynamically update an insurance rate for a shipping route. 
     
     
         8 . The system of  claim 7 , wherein the ML-based adaptive tracker is configured to generates one or more tracked shipping route models to dynamically update an insurance rate for a specific shipping method. 
     
     
         9 . The system of  claim 8 , wherein the ML-based adaptive tracker is implemented in the server computing device. 
     
     
         10 . The system of  claim 9 , wherein the server computing device is configured to automatically increase an insurance rate upon a detection of an improper handling of each IoT asset, a dangerous environmental condition of each IoT asset, a deviation in an agreed shipping method of each IoT asset, an improper location of each IoT asset or a deviations upon agreed shipping route of each IoT asset. 
     
     
         11 . The system of  claim 10 , wherein when the plurality of asset trackers is configured to automatically detect an improper handling of each IoT asset, a dangerous environmental condition of each IoT asset, a deviation in an agreed shipping method of each IoT asset, an improper location of each IoT asset or a deviations upon agreed shipping route of each IoT asset.

The system of  claim 11 , wherein the server computing device configured to dynamically update an insurance coverage cost of the IoT asset tracked when the plurality of asset trackers automatically detect an improper handling of each IoT asset, a dangerous environmental condition of each IoT asset, a deviation in an agreed shipping method of each IoT asset, an improper location of each IoT asset or a deviations upon agreed shipping route of each IoT asset. 
     
     
         13 . A system of an adaptive asset tracking alerts for IoT asset tracking comprising:
 a plurality of asset trackers, wherein each asset tracker tracks one or more IoT assets and obtains a set of IoT data;   one or more communications hubs;   a base station;   one or more communication networks;   wherein each asset tracker is configured to be in communication with a base station and one or more of the communications hubs;   wherein in the one or more communications hubs are configured to be in communication with one or more of the mobile units, and the one or more network;   wherein the base station is configured to be in communication with the plurality of asset trackers;   a server computing device configured to be in communication with the one or more networks, wherein the server computing device is further configured to implement the following logic:
 obtain data from the plurality of asset trackers, and 
 dynamically issue an alert for each IoT asset tracked by the plurality of asset trackers. 
   
     
     
         14 . The system of  claim 13  further comprising:
 an ML-based adaptive tracker configured to generate one or tracked asset ML models used to dynamically update alert parameters associated with a tracked asset. 
 
     
     
         15 . The system of  claim 14 , wherein the ML-based adaptive tracker is configured to generates one or more tracked shipping route models to dynamically update an alert for a shipping route. 
     
     
         16 . The system of  claim 15 , wherein the ML-based adaptive tracker is configured to generates one or more tracked shipping route models to dynamically update an alert for a specific shipping method. 
     
     
         17 . The system of  claim 16 , wherein the ML-based adaptive tracker is implemented in the server computing device. 
     
     
         18 . The system of  claim 17 , wherein the server computing device is configured to automatically issue an alert for a detection of an improper handling of each IoT asset, a dangerous environmental condition of each IoT asset, a deviation in an agreed shipping method of each IoT asset, an improper location of each IoT asset or a deviations upon agreed shipping route of each IoT asset.
