Claims

Abstract

The present invention discloses a disposable multi-stage cigarette holder filter apparatus, relates to the technical field of production of filter cigarette holders, and solves the problems of high cost, complex preparation process and poor filter effect of existing disposable filter cigarette holders. A composite filter rod, a filter layer, a cooling layer, a smoke dispersing layer, a cigarette holder connector and a cigarette body are sequentially connected from bottom to top into a cylinder structure; an outer packaging paper is arranged outside the cylinder structure; a plurality of air inlets are formed in a surface of the outer packaging paper corresponding to the smoke dispersing layer; and a filter capsule is arranged in the filter layer. The disposable multi-stage cigarette holder filter apparatus reduces the harm of tar and nicotine to smokers by introduction of air and multi-stage filtration, which uses mainly biomass materials wide in source as raw materials.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A disposable multi-stage cigarette holder filter apparatus, comprising a cigarette holder connector ( 5 ), an outer packaging paper ( 8 ), a smoke dispersing layer ( 10 ), a cooling layer ( 11 ), a filter capsule ( 12 ), a filter layer ( 13 ) and a composite filter rod ( 16 ), wherein the composite filter rod ( 16 ), the filter layer ( 13 ), the cooling layer ( 11 ), the smoke dispersing layer ( 10 ) and the cigarette holder connector ( 5 ) are sequentially connected from bottom to top into a cylinder structure ( 17 ); the outer packaging paper ( 8 ) is arranged outside the cylinder structure ( 17 ); an upper end of the cigarette holder connector ( 5 ) is connected to a cigarette body ( 18 ); a plurality of air inlets ( 9 ) are formed in a surface of the outer packaging paper ( 8 ) corresponding to the smoke dispersing layer ( 10 ); and the filter capsule ( 12 ) is arranged in the filter layer ( 13 ).

The disposable multi-stage cigarette holder filter apparatus according to  claim 1 , wherein the cigarette body ( 18 ) comprises a plurality of tobacco shreds ( 1 ), cigarette paper ( 2 ), connecting paper ( 3 ) and a filter rod ( 4 ), wherein the connecting paper ( 3 ) is arranged outside the filter rod ( 4 ); an upper end of the connecting paper ( 3 ) is connected to the cigarette paper ( 2 ); the plurality of tobacco shreds ( 1 ) are arranged in the cigarette paper ( 2 ); and a lower end of the filter rod ( 4 ) is connected to the cigarette holder connector ( 5 ).

The disposable multi-stage cigarette holder filter apparatus according to  claim 2 , wherein the cigarette holder connector ( 5 ) has a length of 10-25 mm and a diameter which is 95-105% of a diameter of the filter rod ( 4 ); an internal space of the cigarette holder connector ( 5 ) has a diameter larger at the top and smaller at the bottom; the cigarette holder connector ( 5 ) is provided with an inner cushion layer ( 7 ) at the bottom and a side cushion layer ( 6 ) at an inner wall; the side cushion layer ( 6 ) is made of rock wool; and the inner cushion layer ( 7 ) is made of high-efficiency filter cotton and has a thickness of 3-5 mm.

The disposable multi-stage cigarette holder filter apparatus according to  claim 1 , wherein the filter layer ( 13 ) comprises a first filter layer ( 13 - 1 ), a second filter layer ( 13 - 2 ), a third filter layer ( 13 - 3 ), and two separating layers ( 14 ), wherein the composite filter rod ( 16 ), the third filter layer ( 13 - 3 ), the second filter layer ( 13 - 2 ), the first filter layer ( 13 - 1 ), and the cooling layer ( 11 ) are connected sequentially from bottom to top; one of the separating layers ( 14 ) is arranged between the first filter layer ( 13 - 1 ) and the second filter layer ( 13 - 2 ); the other of the separating layers ( 14 ) is arranged between the second filter layer ( 13 - 2 ) and the third filter layer ( 13 - 3 ); and the filter capsule ( 12 ) is arranged in the first filter layer ( 13 - 1 ). 
     
     
         5 . The disposable multi-stage cigarette holder filter apparatus according to  claim 4 , wherein the filter layer ( 13 ) has a thickness of 30-50 mm; and the filter capsule ( 12 ) has a particle size which is 50-80% of a diameter of the filter layer ( 13 ). 
     
     
         6 . The disposable multi-stage cigarette holder filter apparatus according to  claim 4 , wherein the separating layers ( 14 ) have a thickness of 3-5 mm and are made of high-efficiency filter cotton. 
     
     
         7 . The disposable multi-stage cigarette holder filter apparatus according to  claim 1 , wherein a filter cushion layer ( 15 ) is arranged between the composite filter rod ( 16 ) and the filter layer ( 13 ), and the filter cushion layer ( 15 ) has a thickness of 3-5 mm and is made of high-efficiency filter cotton. 
     
     
         8 . The disposable multi-stage cigarette holder filter apparatus according to  claim 1 , wherein the composite filter rod ( 16 ) has a thickness of 10-20 mm and is prepared by uniformly mixing plant fiber with acetate fiber at a ratio of 10:90 to 35:65. 
     
     
         9 . The disposable multi-stage cigarette holder filter apparatus according to  claim 1 , wherein the air inlets ( 9 ) have a pore diameter of 0.5-1.5 mm and a pore density of 25-100 pores/cm 2 . 
     
     
         10 . The disposable multi-stage cigarette holder filter apparatus according to  claim 1 , wherein the smoke dispersing layer ( 10 ) is made of rock wool, which has a thickness of 5-15 mm and a porosity of 93-96%. 
     
     
         11 . The disposable multi-stage cigarette holder filter apparatus according to  claim 1 , wherein the cooling layer ( 11 ) has a thickness of 10-15 mm and is made of quartz sand, and the quartz sand has a particle size of 2-5 mm and a moisture content of less than 5%. 
     
     
         12 . The disposable multi-stage cigarette holder filter apparatus according to  claim 1 , wherein the filter capsule ( 12 ) is filled with water. 
     
     
         13 . The disposable multi-stage cigarette holder filter apparatus according to  claim 1 , wherein the filter capsule ( 12 ) is filled with a mixture of water and a liquid spice, and the liquid spice is one or a mixture of several of a fruit flavoring agent, an alcohol flavoring agent, a tea flavoring agent, and a traditional Chinese medicine. 
     
     
         14 . The disposable multi-stage cigarette holder filter apparatus according to  claim 13 , wherein the traditional Chinese medicine is one or a mixture of several of  Mentha canadensis  straw,  Panax quinquefolius  roots,  Platycodon  grandifloras roots,  Glycyrrhiza uralensis  roots,  Lilium brownii  var.  viridulum, Eugenia caryophyllata, Ginkgo biloba  leaves,  Nelumbo  leaves,  Lonicera japonica  flowers,  Chrysanthemum morifolium  flowers,  Prunella vulgaris, Perilla frutescens  leaves, and  Taraxacum mongolicum.    
     
     
         15 . The disposable multi-stage cigarette holder filter apparatus according to  claim 1 , wherein the filter layer ( 13 ) is prepared by mixing wood-based biochar, fiber particles and activated alumina particles at a ratio of 65:25:10 to 85:10:5; the wood-based biochar has a particle size of 0.5-3 mm; the fiber particles have a particle size of 1-4 mm; the activated alumina particles have a particle size of 1-3 mm; both the wood-based biochar and the fiber particles have a moisture content of less than 8%; and the activated alumina particles have an active ingredient content of not less than 98% and a moisture content of less than 2%. 
     
     
         16 . The disposable multi-stage cigarette holder filter apparatus according to  claim 15 , wherein a raw material of the fiber particles is one or a mixture of several husks of corn straw, sorghum straw, and sugarcane straw; and a raw material of the wood-based biochar is wood. 
     
     
         17 . A method for preparing the wood-based biochar of the disposable multi-stage cigarette holder filter apparatus according to  claim 16 , comprising the following steps: pyrolyzing wood first at 550-650° C. under an anoxic condition for 1.5-2.5 hours, then modifying with potassium hydroxide at a concentration of 0.01-0.1 mol/L for 24-48 hours, and finally modifying in a sealed manner with nitric acid at a concentration of 0.01-0.1 mol/L for 36-60 hours.
