Abstract
The present invention provides a clip, including a first clamping portion, a second clamping portion, a connecting portion and a connecting assembly which includes a first connecting part and a second connecting part, where the first connecting part is arranged at a first end of the first clamping portion, and the second connecting part is arranged at a first end of the second clamping portion; and when the first connecting part and the second connecting part are combined, a closed ring structure can be formed by the connecting portion, and a clamping structure can be formed by the first clamping portion and the second clamping portion.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modifiedWhat is claimed is:
1 . A clip, comprising a first clamping portion and a second clamping portion,
wherein the clip further comprises a connecting portion, a first end of the connecting portion being connected to a first end of the first clamping portion, and a second end of the connecting portion being connected to a first end of the second clamping portion; a connecting assembly, comprising a first connecting part and a second connecting part, wherein the first connecting part is arranged at the first end of the first clamping portion, and the second connecting part is arranged at the first end of the second clamping portion; when the first connecting part and the second connecting part are combined, a closed ring structure can be formed by the connecting portion, and a clamping structure can be formed by the first clamping portion and the second clamping portion.
2 . The clip according to claim 1 ,
wherein the clip further comprises a magnet assembly which comprises a first magnet piece and a second magnet piece; and the first magnet piece is arranged at a second end of the first clamping portion, and the second magnet piece is arranged at a second end of the second clamping portion; wherein the first magnet piece comprises a permanent magnet, and the second magnet piece comprises an element made of a ferromagnetic substance or a permanent magnet.
3 . The clip according to claim 2 ,
wherein a first surface of the first clamping portion or/and a first surface of the second clamping portion are provided with a plurality of through holes, and the plurality of through holes are all communicated with the first magnet piece or/and the second magnet piece.
4 . The clip according to claim 2 ,
wherein a cover cap is arranged on the outside of the permanent magnet, and an opening of the cover cap faces toward the first surface of the first clamping portion or the first surface of the second clamping portion.
5 . The clip according to claim 2 ,
wherein a first bending portion is arranged between the first connecting part and the first end of the first clamping portion, and a second bending portion is arranged between the second connecting part and the first end of the second clamping portion; wherein the first bending portion can allow the first clamping portion and the first connecting part to be rotationally connected, and the second bending portion can allow the second clamping portion and the second connecting part to be rotationally connected.
6 . The clip according to claim 1 ,
wherein both the first clamping portion and the second clamping portion are made of a rigid material, and a combined force generated from a combination of the connecting assembly acts between the first clamping portion and the second clamping portion.
7 . The clip according to claim 1 ,
wherein the connecting portion is made of a flexible material, or middle parts of the connecting portion are made of a flexible material, or the connecting portion is a multi-section structure.
8 . The clip according to claim 1 ,
wherein the connecting portion comprises a first connecting portion and a second connecting portion, a first end of the first connecting portion and a first end of the second connecting portion are rotationally connected through a rotating shaft, a second end of the first connecting portion is connected to the first end of the first clamping portion, and a second end of the second connecting portion is connected to the first end of the second clamping portion.
9 . The clip according to claim 8 ,
wherein both the first end of the first connecting portion and the first end of the second connecting portion are arc-shaped structures.
10 . The clip according to claim 1 ,
wherein a first surface of the first clamping portion or/and a first surface of the second clamping portion are provided with anti-skid layers, or the first surface of the first clamping portion or/and the first surface of the second clamping portion are made of an anti-skid material.
11 . A clip, comprising a first clamping portion and a second clamping portion,
wherein the clip further comprises a connecting portion, a first end of the connecting portion being connected to a first end of the first clamping portion, and a second end of the connecting portion being connected to a first end of the second clamping portion; a magnet assembly, comprising a first magnet piece and a second magnet piece, the first magnet piece being arranged at a second end of the first clamping portion, and the second magnet piece being arranged at a second end of the second clamping portion; wherein the first magnet piece comprises a permanent magnet, and the second magnet piece comprises an element made of a ferromagnetic substance or a permanent magnet.
12 . The clip according to claim 11 ,
wherein a cover cap is arranged on the outside of the permanent magnet, and an opening of the cover cap faces toward the first surface of the first clamping portion or the first surface of the second clamping portion.
13 . The clip according to claim 2 ,
wherein both the first clamping portion and the second clamping portion are made of a rigid material, and a combined force generated from a combination of the connecting assembly acts between the first clamping portion and the second clamping portion.Cited by (0)
