Abstract

The present invention comprises, a y-axis pivot axis which extends in a direction perpendicular to an extension direction of a x-axis pivot axis, and the x-axis pivot axis and the y-axis pivot axis transmit power to each other; a resistance body driven by the power output from the y-axis pivot axis; wherein a user puts the user's legs on the leg pads and puts one end of the arms together to perform leg adduction and puts the one end of the arms apart to perform leg abduction, wherein, the right arm connected to the x-axis pivot axis moves back to a starting position of an exercise at an end of a exercise where a user puts the user's legs on the leg pad and perform a compressing action by pushing down the leg pad.

1 . An exercise device comprising:
 a seat connected to a top of a frame; a seat support connected to the frame to support the seat;   a gearbox located near the seat;   
       an x-axis pivot axis separated into a right x-axis pivot axis and a left x-axis pivot axis which are horizontally arranged and aligned in a coaxial direction; 
       a y-axis pivot axis which extends in a direction perpendicular to the extension direction of the right and the left x-axis pivot axis, and is position between the right and the left x-axis pivot axis to transmit power to each other; 
       a resistance body driven by the power output from the y-axis pivot axis; 
       a left crank arm connected to the left x-axis pivot axis; 
       a right crank arm connected to the right x-axis pivot axis; 
       a leg pad rotatably connected to the crank arms respectively; 
       a right penetrating portion through which the right x-axis pivot axis passes; a right arm having an upper end portion and a lower end portion through which the y-axis pivot axis passes; 
       and a left penetrating portion through which the left x-axis pivot axis passes, a left arm having an upper end portion and a lower end portion through which the y-axis pivot axis passes, 
       wherein the right x-axis pivot axis passes through the right penetrating portion to be rotatable, and the left x-axis pivot axis passes through the left penetrating portion to be rotatable, 
       wherein the user puts the user's legs on the leg pad and puts one end of the arms together to perform leg adduction and puts the one end of the arms apart to perform leg abduction, 
       and in a case when the left x-axis pivot axis rotates counterclockwise, the right x-axis pivot axis rotates clockwise, that the right arm connected to the x-axis pivot axis moves back to a starting position of an exercise at an end of an exercise where a user puts the user's legs on the leg pad and perform a compressing action by pushing down the leg pad.
