What is claimed is:

. A nail polish remover device comprising:
a composition of a base and a plasticizer polymerized into a pad for application to a fingernail having nail polish.

. The nail polish remover device of claim 1 further comprising a composition f a base and a plasticizer polymerized into a pad for application to a toenail having nail polish.

. The nail polish remover device of claim 1 further comprising a plurality of pads formed of a composition of a base and a plasticizer polymerized into a pad.

. The nail polish remover device of claim 1 wherein the base is sodium hydroxide.

. The nail polish remover device of claim 1 wherein the plasticizer is castor oil.

. The nail polish remover device of claim 1 wherein the composition further includes silicone.

. The nail polish remover device of claim 1 wherein the composition further includes polyurethane.

. The nail polish remover device of claim 1 wherein the composition further includes PVA.

. The nail polish remover device of claim 1 wherein the composition further includes PVP.

. A nail polish remover device comprising:
a composition of a base, a plasticizer, and a skin protecting reagent polymerized into a pad for application to a fingernail having nail polish.

. The nail polish remover device of claim 10 wherein wherein the base is sodium hydroxide.

. The nail polish remover device of claim 10 wherein the plasticizer is castor oil.

. The nail polish remover device of claim 10 further comprising a plurality of pads formed of a composition of a base, a plasticizer, and a skin protecting reagent polymerized into a pad.

. The nail polish remover device of claim 10 wherein the composition further includes a synthetic plasticizer.

. The nail polish remover device of claim 10 wherein the composition further includes silicone.

. The nail polish remover device of claim 10 wherein the composition further includes PVA.

. A method of removing nail polish from a nail, the method comprising the steps of:
providing a composition of a base and a plasticizer polymerized into a pad; applying the pad to a nail having nail polish thereon; and removing the pad and the nail polish.

. The method of claim 17 further comprising the step of forming the pad into a shape of a fingernail.

. The method of claim 17 further comprising the step of forming the pad into a shape of a toenail.
