Bath and Shower Scrubber

Abstract

A brush, having: a brush head configured for holding a soap, the brush head having: a soap holder shaped to at least fit and releasably fix to the soap, the soap holder having a rim and a dome; a brush platform with bristles, the brush platform at least partially surrounding the soap holder such that the bristles extend to at least a surface of the soap; a handle extending from the soap holder such that the handle ergonomically aids in applying the soap to a cleaning surface; where the soap is shaped to at least fit and releasably fix to the soap holder.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A brush, comprising:
 a brush head configured for holding a soap, the brush head comprising:
 a soap holder shaped to at least fit and releasably fix to the soap; 
 a brush platform with bristles, the brush platform at least partially surrounding the soap holder such that the bristles extend to at least a surface of the soap; and 
 wherein the soap is shaped to at least fit and releasably fix to the soap holder. 
   
     
     
         2 . The brush of  claim 1 , wherein the soap holder further comprises at least one attachment prong configured to releasably fix to the soap bar, the at least one attachment prong extending at least partially axially with the bristles from a dome. 
     
     
         3 . The brush of  claim 1 , wherein the brush platform further comprises a baton attachment configured for releasably fixing a baton. 
     
     
         4 . The brush of  claim 1 , wherein the brush platform further comprises a section having fine point bristles extending at least partially axially with the bristles and the brush platform is shaped such that the bristles vary in distance to the soap holder. 
     
     
         5 . The brush of  claim 1 , wherein the soap holder further comprises at least one soap tray retainer configured to releasably fix to the soap bar, the at least one soap tray retainer extending from the soap holder. 
     
     
         6 . The brush of  claim 1 , wherein the brush platform further comprises at least one access point on the dome configured for removing the soap from the soap holder. 
     
     
         7 . The brush of  claim 1 , wherein the brush platform at least partially surrounds the soap holder and is integrated to the soap holder. 
     
     
         8 . A brush, comprising:
 a brush head configured for holding a soap, the brush head comprising:
 a soap holder shaped to at least fit and releasably fix to the soap, the soap holder having an aperture; 
 a brush platform with bristles, the brush platform at least partially surrounding the soap holder such that the bristles extend to at least a surface of the soap; 
 a handle extending from the soap holder such that the handle ergonomically aids in applying the soap to a cleaning surface, the handle having a pin and an arm connected to the pin, the pin extends through the aperture such that the arm at least partially lines a surface of the soap holder; and 
 wherein the soap is shaped to at least fit and releasably fix to the soap holder. 
   
     
     
         9 . The brush of  claim 8 , wherein the handle rotates to radially move the arm while at least partially lining the surface of the soap holder. 
     
     
         10 . The brush of  claim 8 , wherein the brush platform further comprises a baton attachment configured for releasably fixing a baton handle. 
     
     
         11 . The brush of  claim 8 , wherein the brush platform further comprises a section having fine point bristles extending at least partially axially with the bristles. 
     
     
         12 . The brush of  claim 8 , wherein the brush platform is shaped such that the bristles vary in distance to the soap holder. 
     
     
         13 . The brush of  claim 8 , wherein the brush platform further comprises at least one access point configured for removing the soap from the soap holder. 
     
     
         14 . The brush of  claim 8 , wherein the brush platform at least partially surrounds the soap holder and is integrated to the soap holder. 
     
     
         15 . A brush, comprising:
 a brush head configured for holding a soap, the brush head comprising:
 a soap holder shaped to at least fit and releasably fix to the soap, the soap holder comprising at least one access point; 
 a brush platform having a wall which at least partially encompasses the soap holder, the brush platform at least partially surrounding the soap holder having bristles such that the bristles extend to at least a surface of the soap, the brush platform having at least one baton attachment configured for releasably fixing an extended baton; and 
 a handle, the handle having an internal shaft connected to the soap holder, the handle extending from the soap holder such that the handle ergonomically aids in applying the soap to a cleaning surface; 
 wherein the soap is configured to correspond with the soap holder shape to at least fit and releasably fix to the soap holder. 
   
     
     
         16 . The brush of  claim 15 , wherein the brush platform further comprises a releasably fixed baton configured to attach at the baton attachment. 
     
     
         17 . The brush of  claim 15 , wherein the brush platform further comprises a section having fine point bristles extending at least partially axially with the bristles and the brush platform is shaped such that the bristles vary in distance to the soap holder. 
     
     
         18 . The brush of  claim 15 , wherein a track within the wall extends past the wall and an arm of the soap holder extends through the track. 
     
     
         19 . The brush of  claim 15 , wherein the shaft is threadably mated with an internally threaded surface of the handle and the soap holder is rotatably fixed to the shaft such that when the handle is rotated, the shaft and soap holder extend away from the handle. 
     
     
         20 . The brush of  claim 19 , wherein the soap holder further comprises a head configured for fixing to the soap.
