Abstract
The present disclosure discloses a hanging wrist roller including a grip bar including a grip bar body with a center portion and a handle disposed on each side of the center portion, and a sheave disposed respectively between the center portion and the handle and having a groove in a circumferential direction, a lower rope connected to the center portion, and an upper rope hanging the grip bar in the air and having loops formed on both lower sides and placed over the sheave.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modifiedWhat is claimed is:
1 . A hanging wrist roller comprising:
a grip bar including a grip bar body with a center portion and a handle disposed on each side of the center portion, and a sheave disposed respectively between the center portion and the handle and having a groove; a lower rope fixed to a lower rope coupling portion formed in the center portion, connected to the center portion so as to be wound, and connectable to a weight; and an upper rope hanging the grip bar in the air and having loops formed on both lower sides and placed over the sheave.
2 . The hanging wrist roller of claim 1 , comprising a height adjustment plate having rope connection portions at both sides, through which the upper rope passes and forms the loop, and to which both ends of the upper rope are fixed,
wherein a height at which the grip bar is hung in the air is adjusted according to distance adjustment of the height adjustment plate with respect to the grip bar.
3 . The hanging wrist roller of claim 2 , wherein an interval between the rope connection portions corresponds to an interval between the both sheaves.
4 . The hanging wrist roller of claim 2 , wherein the rope connection portions include
at least two through-holes disposed in upper and lower positions so that the upper rope passes through the at least two through-holes in a zigzag manner, and a fixing hole formed so that the upper rope is fixed after forming the loop.
5 . The hanging wrist roller of claim 1 , wherein the sheave is a bearing type sheave mounted so as to be relatively rotatable with respect to the grip bar body.
6 . The hanging wrist roller of claim 5 , wherein the grip bar body includes a first coupling portion and a second coupling portion formed on surfaces where the center portion and the handle face each other,
the first coupling portion is formed in a rod shape and is inserted into a mounting hole of the bearing type sheave, and then inserted into the second coupling portion having a form of an insertion hole, a fastening member is inserted in a state where a first coupling hole formed in the first coupling portion and a second coupling hole formed in the second coupling portion are aligned, so that the center portion and the handle is fixed to each other.
7 . The hanging wrist roller of claim 6 , wherein the second coupling hole is formed as the insertion hole without threads, the first coupling hole is formed as a nut hole having threads formed on an inner peripheral surface of the first coupling hole, and the fastening member is formed as a bolt having threads formed on an outer peripheral surface of the fastening member, and
the first coupling portion is pulled toward and fastened to the inner peripheral surface of the second coupling portion according to tightening of the fastening member.
8 . The hanging wrist roller of claim 1 , wherein the sheave protrudes radially from the grip bar body and are formed integrally with the grip bar body.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
