Abstract
The present disclosure provides an aroma-producing body to be heated and an aromatic cartridge equipped therewith, as well as a manufacturing method and a manufacturing device for the heated aromatic producing body. The aroma-producing body to be heated includes a noodle-shaped bodies aroma-producing substrate to be heated and a packaging material winding up the aroma-producing substrate to be heated. The aroma-producing body to be heated has a deformed gas flow path formed by the aggregation of the aroma-producing substrate to be heated. A deformed gas flow path between aroma-producing substrates which is generated between the aggregates and the other aggregates due to a shift of a long-axis direction between the aroma-producing substrates adjacent each other in any aggregates of the plurality of aggregates; or a misdirected aroma-producing substrates between aggregates which is generated between the aggregates and the other aggregates due to a misdirection of the long-axis direction.

wherein, when the direction which coincides with a longitudinal direction, a direction of a long-axis in a cross section orthogonal to the longitudinal direction, and a direction of a short-axis in a cross section orthogonal to the longitudinal direction, of the aroma cartridge of the aroma-producing substrate, is a longitudinal direction, a long-axis direction, and a short-axis direction; each dimension of the longitudinal direction, the long-axis direction, and the short-axis direction, of the aroma-producing substrate, is a longitudinal dimension, a long-axis dimension, and a short-axis dimension; and a side whose each dimension is the longitudinal dimension and the long-axis dimension, the longitudinal dimension and the short-axis dimension, and, the long-axis dimension and the short-axis dimension, is a long side, a short side, and an end side, a group of aroma-producing substrates connected plurally by adjoining the long sides is a aggregates, and the aroma-producing substrate assembly has a plurality of aggregates which are distinguished from each other due to the difference of long-axis directions from adjacent other aggregates, and the deformed gas flow path between aroma-producing substrates has:
a shifted deformed gas flow path between aroma-producing substrates which is generated between the aggregates and the other aggregates due to a shift of a long-axis direction between the aroma-producing substrates adjacent each other in any aggregates of the plurality of aggregates; or
a misdirected aroma-producing substrates between aggregates which is generated between the aggregates and the other aggregates due to a misdirection of the long-axis direction.
2 . The aroma-producing substrate assembly according to claim 1 , wherein an outer peripheral portion of a bundle of the aroma-producing substrate is wound with a sheet-shaped package and the package has an outer diameter of 6.5 to 7.5 mm.
3 . The aroma-producing substrate assembly according to claim 1 , wherein the aroma-producing substrate has a long-axis dimension of 11 to 13 mm.
4 . An aroma cartridge comprising:
the aroma-producing substrate assembly according to claim 1 ; a hollow cylindrical support member; and a filter, wherein the aroma-producing body to be heated and the hollow cylindrical support member and the filter are connected in the longitudinal direction.
