Abstract
A smart media player configures interactive media customized for passengers temporarily sharing a common conveyance (e.g., an automobile or other vehicle), using programmed methods. The methods include identifying profile data for each of the passengers and trip data for the common conveyance. Then, the smart media player may select an interactive media title for the passengers as a group based on at least one of the profile data or the trip data, including one or more of a variety of games for playing with other passengers in the vehicle. The interactive media title may be configured for output by the smart media player while the passengers are sharing the common conveyance. The media player plays the interactive media title in the common conveyance enabled for interaction with the passengers during the period.

exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A computer-implemented method for configuring interactive media for one or more passengers sharing a common conveyance, the computer-implemented method comprising:
detecting, by one or more processors, one or more passengers in a vehicle; receiving, by the one or more processors, profile data and trip data for each of the one or more passengers from one or more databases; selecting, by the one or more processors, interactive media content from one or more media databases based on the profile data and the trip data; and delivering, by the one or more processors, the interactive media content to at least one interactive media player corresponding to the one or more passengers.
2 . The computer-implemented method of claim 1 , wherein the receiving the profile data and the trip data for each of the one or more passengers from the one or more databases includes:
receiving, by the one or more processors, configuration data for the vehicle.

The computer-implemented method of claim 1 , wherein the profile data includes at least one of: passenger identity data, preference profile data, trip purposes data, favorite character data, amusement ride data, social graph data, social status data, social meeting topic data, activity level data, outdoor activity preference data, favorite team data, favorite player data, favorite artist data, favorite song data, preferred merchandise data, shopping style data, culture data, age data, personal interests data, and interactive content preference data.
4 . The computer-implemented method of claim 1 , wherein the trip data includes at least one of: vehicle route origin data, vehicle route destination data, route duration data, and one or more locations along a route.
5 . The computer-implemented method of claim 4 , wherein the interactive media content corresponds to at least one of the one or more locations along the route.
6 . The computer-implemented method of claim 1 , wherein the selecting interactive media content from the one or more media databases includes:
utilizing, by the one or more processors, one or more predictive Artificial Intelligence (AI) algorithms to select and/or configure the interactive media content.
7 . The computer-implemented method of claim 1 , the computer-implemented method further comprising:
configuring, by the one or more processors, one or more mood-sensitive content components of the interactive media content based on the profile data and/or the trip data.
8 . The computer-implemented method of claim 1 , wherein the at least one interactive media player is configured to play the interactive media content.
9 . The computer-implemented method of claim 1 , the computer-implemented method further comprising:
receiving, by the one or more processors, one or more emotion indicators from the one or more passengers; and refining, by the one or more processors, the interactive media content based on the one or more emotion indicators.
10 . A computer system for configuring interactive media for one or more passengers sharing a common conveyance, the computer system comprising:
at least one memory storing instructions; and at least one processor configured to execute the instructions to perform operations comprising:
detecting, by the at least one processor, one or more passengers in a vehicle;
receiving, by the at least one processor, profile data and trip data for each of the one or more passengers from one or more databases;
selecting, by the at least one processor, interactive media content from one or more media databases based on the profile data and the trip data; and
delivering, by the at least one processor, the interactive media content to at least one interactive media player corresponding to the one or more passengers.
11 . The computer system of claim 10 , wherein the receiving the profile data and the trip data for each of the one or more passengers from the one or more databases includes:
receiving, by the at least one processor, configuration data for the vehicle.

The computer system of claim 10 , wherein the profile data includes at least one of: passenger identity data, preference profile data, trip purposes data, favorite character data, amusement ride data, social graph data, social status data, social meeting topic data, activity level data, outdoor activity preference data, favorite team data, favorite player data, favorite artist data, favorite song data, preferred merchandise data, shopping style data, culture data, age data, personal interests data, and interactive content preference data.
13 . The computer system of claim 10 , wherein the trip data includes at least one of: vehicle route origin data, vehicle route destination data, route duration data, and one or more locations along a route.
14 . The computer system of claim 13 , wherein the interactive media content corresponds to at least one of the one or more locations along the route.
15 . The computer system of claim 10 , wherein the selecting interactive media content from the one or more media databases includes:
utilizing, by the at least one processor, one or more predictive Artificial Intelligence (AI) algorithms to select and/or configure the interactive media content.
16 . A non-transitory computer-readable medium containing instructions that, when executed by a processor, cause the processor to perform operations for configuring interactive media for one or more passengers sharing a common conveyance, the operations comprising:
detecting one or more passengers in a vehicle; receiving profile data and trip data for each of the one or more passengers from one or more databases; selecting interactive media content from one or more media databases based on the profile data and the trip data; and delivering the interactive media content to at least one interactive media player corresponding to the one or more passengers.
17 . The non-transitory computer-readable medium of claim 16 , wherein the selecting interactive media content from the one or more media databases includes:
utilizing one or more predictive Artificial Intelligence (AI) algorithms to select and/or configure the interactive media content.
18 . The non-transitory computer-readable medium of claim 16 , the operations further comprising:
configuring one or more mood-sensitive content components of the interactive media content based on the profile data and/or the trip data.
19 . The non-transitory computer-readable medium of claim 16 , wherein the at least one interactive media player is configured to play the interactive media content.
20 . The non-transitory computer-readable medium of claim 16 , the operations further comprising:
