Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . A sports board comprising:
a foam core; a deck, fully bonded to all top surfaces of the foam core, wherein the deck includes a first top foam skin, a second top foam skin, and a non-foamed plastic layer between them, with the first top foam skin positioned between the non-foamed plastic layer and the foam core board; a bottom board, fully bonded to all bottom surfaces of the foam core board.

2 . The sports board as recited in claim 1 , wherein the deck comprises a non-foamed plastic film, and the non-foamed plastic film is fully bonded to the second top foam skin.

3 . The sports board as recited in claim 1 , wherein the deck comprises a non-foamed plastic film, and the non-foamed plastic film is fully bonded to the second top foam skin, and wherein the entire peripheral edge of the deck extends to the peripheral surface of the foam core and is flush with the bottom surface of the foam core.

4 . The sports board as recited in claim 1 , wherein the entire peripheral edge of the bottom board extends outward beyond the bottom surface of the foam core and bends upward so that the portion of the bottom board near the peripheral edge is integrally attached to the deck

5 . The sports board as recited in claim 4 , wherein the bottom board comprises a bottom foam skin and a non-foamed plastic plate, and the bottom board is located between the non-foamed plastic plate and the foam core.

6 . The sports board as recited in claim 5 , wherein the bottom board is only bonded to the bottom surface of the foam core and is not bonded to the peripheral surface of the foam core.

7 . The sports board as recited in claim 6 , wherein the peripheral edge of the bottom board does not exceed half the vertical width of the peripheral surface of the foam core.

         8 . A sports board, comprising:
a foam core; a deck fully bonded to all top and peripheral surfaces of the foam core, wherein the entire peripheral edge of the deck extends to the peripherical surface of the foam core and is flush with the bottom surface of the foam core; a bottom board, fully bonded to all bottom surfaces of the foam core, wherein the entire peripheral edge of the bottom board extends outward beyond the bottom surface of the foam core and bends upward, so that the portion of the bottom board near the peripheral edge is integrally attached to the deck.

9 . The sports board as recited in claim 8 , wherein the bottom board comprises a bottom foam skin and a non-foamed plastic plate, the bottom foam skin positioned between the non-foamed plastic plate and the foam core, wherein the bottom board is only bonded to the bottom surface of the foam core and is not bonded to the peripherical surface of the foam core.

10 . The sports board as recited in claim 9 , wherein the peripheral edge of the bottom board does not exceed half of the vertical width of the peripherical surface of the foam core.
