Abstract
Disclosed is a T-block attachment with a magnetized bolt for (first) securing a plastic sheet or curtain to the mount and (second) securing the mount to a metallic grid of a paneled sealing where securing a plastic sheet or curtain to the T-block is accomplished via puncturing the plastic sheet or curtain with a bolt of a magnetized bolt and then coupling the bolt to a bolt receptacle of the T-block partition mount such that the plastic sheet or curtain is sandwiched between an arm of the T-block and a magnet of the magnetized bolt.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modifiedI claim:
1 . A T-block with a magnetized bolt that (first) secures a plastic sheet or curtain to the mount and (second) secures the mount to a metallic grid of a paneled sealing, where securing a plastic sheet or curtain to the T-block is accomplished via puncturing the plastic sheet or curtain with a bolt of a magnetized bolt and then coupling the bolt to a bolt receptacle of the T-block partition mount such that the plastic sheet or curtain is sandwiched between an arm of the T-block and a magnet of the magnetized bolt.
2 . The T-block of claim 1 wherein the T-block features a stem.
3 . The T-block of claim 2 wherein the stem includes a pole receptacle.
4 . The T-block of claim 3 wherein the pole receptacle is threaded.
5 . The T-block of claim 4 where the pole receptacle is coupled to a socket attachment.
6 . The T-bock of claim 5 wherein the socket attachment is coupled to a ball joint of a pole.
7 . A method of establishing a partition comprising the steps of:
coupling a pole or other extendable pole to a stem of a T-block partition mount; securing a plastic sheet or curtain to the T-block partition mount via puncturing the plastic sheet or curtain with a bolt of a magnet bolt and then coupling the bolt to a bolt receptacle of the T-block partition mount such that the plastic sheet or curtain is sandwiched between an arm of the T-block partition mount and a magnet of the magnetic bolt; securing the T-block partition mount to a metallic structure of a ceiling such that the pole is extended downward from the ceiling while the plastic sheet or curtain is secured adjacent to the ceiling via the magnet of the magnetic bolt; and, uncoupling the pole or other extendable pole from the stem of the T-block partition mount while the plastic sheet or curtain remains secured adjacent to the ceiling via the magnets of the mount.
8 . The method of claim 7 where the pole or other extendable pole features a threaded tip for coupling to threads of the T-block partition.
9 . The method of claim 8 where the threaded tip is defined by a socket attachment secured to a ball joint of the pole or other extendable pole.
10 . The method of claim 8 where the socket attachment is secured to the ball joint of the pole or other extendable pole via a snap fit.
11 . The method of claim 8 where the socket attachment is secured to the ball joint of the pole or other extendable pole via a sandwich fit
12 . The method of claim 7 further comprising the step of securing a wire to the T-block partition mount via a clip that was secured to a clip receptacle.
13 . A method of establishing a partition comprising the steps of:
coupling a pole or other extendable pole the stem of a T-block partition mount via the threads of a threaded tip that is coupled to the pole with a ball-and-socket joint; securing a plastic sheet or curtain to the T-block partition mount via puncturing the sheet material with a bolt of a magnet bolt and then coupling the bolt to a bolt receptacle of the T-block partition mount such that the sheet material is sandwiched between an arm of the T-block partition mount and a magnet of the magnetic bolt; and, securing the T-block partition mount to a metallic structure of a ceiling such that the pole is extended downward from the ceiling while the plastic sheet or curtain is secured adjacent to the ceiling via the magnet of the magnetic bolt; and, uncoupling the pole or other extendable pole from the T-block partition mount while the plastic sheet or curtain remains secured adjacent to the ceiling via the magnets of the mount.
14 . The method of claim 10 wherein the step of uncoupling the pole or other extendable pole from the T-block partition mount is accomplished by unthreading the threaded tip from the threads of the stem.
15 . The method of claim 10 wherein the step of uncoupling the pole or other extendable pole from the T-block partition mount is accomplished by disconnecting the ball and socket joint.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
