Protective element for a wear element of earthmoving machines

Abstract

The protective element for a wear element of earthmoving machines that is made from one piece, comprising a first protective portion (2); a second protective portion (3) placed opposite to the first protective portion (2); and two side protective portions (4), wherein at least one of the side protective portions (4), or both, comprise an internal protrusion (5).It permits to provide a protective element that protects the entire front perimeter of a wear element of earthmoving machines, in particular, for protecting the connection part of adapters of earthmoving machines.

1 . Protective element for a wear element of earthmoving machines, wherein the protective element is made from one piece, comprising:
 a first protective portion;   a second protective portion placed opposite to the first protective portion; and   two side protective portions.   
     
     
         2 . Protective element for a wear element of earthmoving machines according to  claim 1 , wherein at least one of the side protective portions comprise an internal protrusion. 
     
     
         3 . Protective element for a wear element of earthmoving machines according to  claim 2 , wherein both protective portions comprise an internal protrusion. 
     
     
         4 . Protective element for a wear element of earthmoving machines according to  claim 2 , wherein the, or each, internal protrusion has a substantially parallelepiped shape defining a plurality of stop flat surfaces. 
     
     
         5 . Protective element for a wear element of earthmoving machines according to  claim 1 , wherein the side protective portions are U-shaped, defining a central part and two lateral parts. 
     
     
         6 . Protective element for a wear element of earthmoving machines according to  claim 2 , wherein the, or each internal protrusion, is placed in the internal central part of the side protective portions. 
     
     
         7 . Protective element for a wear element of earthmoving machines according to  claim 1 , wherein the side protective portions are flat. 
     
     
         8 . Protective element for a wear element of earthmoving machines according to  claim 1 , wherein the first protective portion is curved. 
     
     
         9 . Protective element for a wear element of earthmoving machines according to  claim 1 , wherein the second protective portion is curved. 
     
     
         10 . Protective element for a wear element of earthmoving machines according to  claim 1 , wherein the protective element comprises a lifting eye. 
     
     
         11 . Protective element for a wear element of earthmoving machines according to  claim 10 , wherein the lifting eye is placed in the first protective portion. 
     
     
         12 . Protective element for a wear element of earthmoving machines according to  claim 1 , wherein the protective element has a collar shape.
