Lifting structure for treadmill
Abstract
Disclosed is a lifting structure for a treadmill, including a positioning unit, fixedly mounted on a treadmill frame, including a plurality of positioning holes; a strut unit, rotatably arranged on the positioning unit or the treadmill frame, having a first folded state and a second unfolded state for lifting a height of a front end of the treadmill; and a positioning pin, movably arranged on the strut unit for cooperating with the positioning holes to position the strut unit. According to the present invention, by merely cooperating the positioning pin with positioning holes at different positions, an inclination angle of the strut unit can be adjusted to change a lifting height of the treadmill. The present invention has a simple overall structure, convenient operation and high support stability.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A lifting structure for a treadmill, comprising
a positioning unit, fixedly mounted on a treadmill frame, comprising a plurality of positioning holes; a strut unit, rotatably arranged on the positioning unit or the treadmill frame, having a first folded state and a second unfolded state for lifting a height of a front end of the treadmill; and a positioning pin, movably arranged on the strut unit for cooperating with the positioning holes to position the strut unit.
2 . The lifting structure for a treadmill according to claim 1 , wherein one end of the strut unit is rotatably connected to the positioning unit or the treadmill frame, and the other end is mounted with a support wheel.
3 . The lifting structure for a treadmill according to claim 1 , wherein a fixing shaft is fixed on a side of the treadmill frame, the positioning unit is fixedly mounted on the fixing shaft, and the strut unit is rotatably mounted on the fixing shaft.
4 . The lifting structure for a treadmill according to claim 2 , wherein a fixing shaft is fixed on a side of the treadmill frame, the positioning unit is fixedly mounted on the fixing shaft, and the strut unit is rotatably mounted on the fixing shaft.
5 . The lifting structure for a treadmill according to claim 1 , wherein the fixing shaft is fixedly mounted on the positioning unit, and the strut unit is rotatably mounted on the fixing shaft.
6 . The lifting structure for a treadmill according to claim 2 , wherein the fixing shaft is fixedly mounted on the positioning unit, and the strut unit is rotatably mounted on the fixing shaft.
7 . The lifting structure for a treadmill according to claim 2 , wherein an outer end of the fixing shaft comprises an internally threaded hole, and the strut unit is rotatably arranged on the fixing shaft and transversely limited by a fastener in threaded engagement with the fixing shaft.
8 . The lifting structure for a treadmill according to claim 1 , wherein an internally threaded sleeve passes through the strut unit, and the positioning pin passes through the internally threaded sleeve and is in threaded engagement with the internally threaded sleeve.
9 . The lifting structure for a treadmill according to claim 8 , wherein the positioning pin comprises a threaded section in threaded engagement with the internally threaded sleeve and a rod section in engagement with the positioning hole.
10 . The lifting structure for a treadmill according to claim 1 , wherein the positioning unit is arranged with a limiting block I and a limiting block II for limiting a movable range of the strut unit, the limiting block I being arranged at an upper edge of the positioning unit, and the limiting block II being arranged at a lower edge of the positioning unit.
11 . The lifting structure for a treadmill according to claim 10 , wherein an inclination angle of the limiting block I is arranged that a lower side wall of the limiting block I is parallel to or tends to be parallel to an upper side wall of the strut unit at the minimum rotation angle, and an inclination angle of the limiting block II is arranged that an upper side wall of the limiting block II is parallel to or tends to be parallel to a lower side wall of the strut unit at the maximum rotation angle.
12 . The lifting structure for a treadmill according to claim 1 , wherein all positioning holes are arranged on a movement path of the positioning pin, and when an inner end of the positioning pin is inserted into the corresponding positioning hole, the strut unit is positioned.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
