Abstract

A stackable set of cosmetic containers is described herein, where the cosmetic containers are held together by directional magnets. The directional magnets could be arranged in an L shape, could be the forms of a semicircle, or could be programmable magnets. The cosmetic container may include a square top surface with rounded corners, a label side surface of rectangular shape, with vertical edges that curve to adjacent sides, three other side surfaces of identical rectangular shape as the label side surface, and a square bottom surface with rounded corners and recessed edges. A device may include a void with cosmetics between the square top surface, the label side surface, the three other side surfaces, and the square bottom surfaces. The magnets align the containers in the stack so that the label side surfaces all face in the same direction.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . A cosmetic container comprising:
 a square top surface with rounded corners; a label side surface of rectangular shape, with vertical edges that curve to adjacent sides; three other side surfaces of identical rectangular shape as the label side surface; a square bottom surface with rounded corners and recessed edges; a void between the square top surface, the label side surface, the three other side surfaces, and the square bottom surface; cosmetic material in the void; where a top directional magnet is embedded in the square top surface with a first magnetic force direction relative to the label side surface; and where a bottom directional magnet is embedded in the square bottom surface with a second magnetic force direction relative to the label side surface positioned such that the first magnetic force direction and the second magnetic force direction are aligned.

         2 . The cosmetic container of claim 1 where the top directional magnet comprises two flat rectangular magnets embedded in the square top surface at a right angle to each other.

         3 . The cosmetic container of claim 1 where the top directional magnet is a semicircular magnet.

         4 . The cosmetic container of claim 1 where the top directional magnet comprises a plurality of correlated magnets.

         5 . The cosmetic container of claim 1 where a removable metallic spatula is held in the void beneath the square top surface by the top directional magnet.

         6 . The cosmetic container of claim 1 where the square top surface comprises a depressible surface, the depressible surface activating a pump.

         7 . The cosmetic container of claim 6 where the depressible surface further comprises a magnetically activated lock.

         8 . The cosmetic container of claim 1 where the square top surface is detachable from the label side surface and the three other side surfaces, exposing the void.

         9 . The cosmetic container of claim 8 where the square top surface has a screw portion formed at an outer peripheral edge.

         10 . The cosmetic container of claim 9 where the screw portion further comprises a magnetically activated lock.

         11 . A stack of cosmetic containers comprising:
 a first cosmetic container comprising:
 a square top surface with rounded corners;
 a label side surface of rectangular shape, with vertical edges that curve to adjacent sides;
 three other side surfaces of identical rectangular shape as the label side surface;
 a square bottom surface with rounded corners and recessed edges;
 a void between the square top surface, the label side surface, the three other side surfaces, and the square bottom surface;
 cosmetic material in the void;
 where a top directional magnet is embedded in the square top surface with a first magnetic force direction relative to the label side surface; and
 where a bottom directional magnet is embedded in the square bottom surface with a second magnetic force direction relative to the label side surface positioned such that the first magnetic force direction and the second magnetic force direction are aligned; and
   a second cosmetic container comprising:
 a second square top surface with the rounded corners, the second square top surface magnetically attached to the square bottom surface;
 a second label side surface of the rectangular shape, with vertical edges that curve to second adjacent sides;
 second three other side surfaces of second identical rectangular shape as the second label side surface;
 a second square bottom surface with the rounded corners and the recessed edges;
 a second void between the second square top surface, the second label side surface, the second three other side surfaces, and the second square bottom surface;
 second cosmetic material in the second void;
 where a second top directional magnet is embedded in the second square top surface with the first magnetic force direction relative to the second label side surface; and
 where a second bottom directional magnet is embedded in the second square bottom surface with the second magnetic force direction relative to the second label side surface positioned such that the first magnetic force direction and the second magnetic force direction are aligned, and the label side surface and the second label side surface are aligned.

         12 . The stack of cosmetic containers of claim 11 where the bottom directional magnet comprises two flat rectangular magnets embedded in the square top surface at a right angle to each other.

         13 . The stack of cosmetic containers of claim 11 where the bottom directional magnet is a semicircular magnet.

         14 . The stack of cosmetic containers of claim 11 where the bottom directional magnet comprises a plurality of correlated magnets.

         15 . The stack of cosmetic containers of claim 11 where a removable metallic spatula is held in the void beneath the square top surface by the top directional magnet.

         16 . The stack of cosmetic containers of claim 11 where the square top surface comprises a depressible surface, the depressible surface activating a pump.

         17 . The stack of cosmetic containers of claim 16 where the depressible surface further comprises a magnetically activated lock.

         18 . The stack of cosmetic containers of claim 11 where the second square top surface is detachable from the second label side surface and the second three other side surfaces, exposing the second void.
