Abstract
A ferrule device of tundish nozzle for reducing inclusions in steel contains a ferrule, a ferrule base and a wire. Structure of the ferrule is circular cylinder; inner diameter of the ferrule is same to outer diameter of matched immersion nozzle. A ferrule wire hole is set on bottom of the ferrule. The ferrule is detachably connected with the top of the ferrule base. A base wire hole throughout top surface and bottom surface of the ferrule base is set on the ferrule base. The diameter of the base wire hole is same to the diameter of the ferrule wire hole. The ferrule device of the present disclosure is easy to install and change. Installing and change process and filling of refractory material of the tundish process can be carried out simultaneously. Continuous casting process is not influenced.

1 . A ferrule device of tundish nozzle for reducing inclusions in steel, characterized in that contains a ferrule, a ferrule base and a wire;
structure of the ferrule is circular cylinder; inner diameter of the ferrule is same to outer diameter of matched immersion nozzle; a ferrule wire hole is set on bottom of the ferrule; the ferrule is detachably connected with the top of the ferrule base; a base wire hole throughout top surface and bottom surface of the ferrule base is set on the ferrule base.
2 . The ferrule device of tundish nozzle for reducing inclusions in steel according to claim 1 , characterized in that outer diameter of the ferrule is larger than the inner diameter of the ferrule by 100-150 mm; height of the ferrule is 60-100 mm.
3 . The ferrule device of tundish nozzle for reducing inclusions in steel according to claim 1 , characterized in that diameter of the ferrule wire hole is 8-15 mm; Depth of the ferrule wire hole is 30-50 mm.
4 . The ferrule device of tundish nozzle for reducing inclusions in steel according to claim 1 , characterized in that structure of the ferrule base is quadrangular podetium;
central structure the ferrule base is hollow cylinder.
5 . The ferrule device of tundish nozzle for reducing inclusions in steel according to claim 1 , characterized in that diameter of the base wire hole is same to the diameter of the ferrule wire hole.

The ferrule device of tundish nozzle for reducing inclusions in steel according to claim 1 , characterized in that inner diameter of the ferrule base is same to the outer diameter of matched immersion nozzle; side length of the top surface and bottom surface of the ferrule base is larger than the outer diameter of the ferrule by 50-80 mm; height of the ferrule base is 100-200 mm.

The ferrule device of tundish nozzle for reducing inclusions in steel according to claim 1 , characterized in that the ferrule and the ferrule base are both made by graphite material with good electrical conductivity; binding agent of sintered material is electroconductive resin; porosity of the ferrule and the ferrule base is not higher than 5%; density of the ferrule and the ferrule base is not lower than 1.75 g/cm 3 .
