Abstract

The present invention provides a corner piece used in rapid building system, comprising an upper cover, a lower cover, and an intermediate profile; said upper cover and said lower cover are mounted at the ends of said intermediate profile, and at least one groove 1 is arranged on the surface of said upper cover and said lower cover; said intermediate profile has groove 2 connected to said groove 1 on one side. The advantages of the present invention include: reusable and environmentally friendly; allowing for quick and easy disassembly and assembly; accurate installation with minimal error; ensuring a flush appearance of the booth wall; capable of forming a 90-degree corner by connecting to building modules; through the interconnection of multiple corner pieces, the length and thickness of the building modules are adjustable, thereby enriching the range of applications.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A corner piece used in rapid building system, characterized by comprising an upper cover, a lower cover, and an intermediate profile;
 Said upper cover and said lower cover are mounted at the ends of said intermediate profile;   The surfaces of said upper cover and said lower cover each have at least one groove  1 ;   Said intermediate profile has a groove  2  on one side for connecting to a snap-fit fabric;   Said upper cover and said lower cover have a boss and a connecting block at their bottoms.   
     
     
         2 . The corner piece used in rapid building system according to  claim 1 , characterized in that the intermediate profile is equipped with at least one of the following: a positioning pin, a said positioning bolt holder, and a said positioning bolt. 
     
     
         3 . The corner piece used in rapid building system according to  claim 2 , characterized in that the intermediate profile is internally equipped with at least one of the following: a profile support piece and a positioning pin locking piece;
 Said profile support piece  1  is used for installing said positioning bolt and said positioning bolt holder;   Said positioning pin locking piece is provided with interconnected holes  1  and  2  for connecting the positioning pin of the building module;   Said hole  1  is a circular hole, while hole  2  is an elongated hole extending in the circumferential direction of the cross-sectional ring of said positioning pin locking piece.

         6 . The corner piece used in rapid building system according to  claim 3 , characterized in that the surface of said intermediate profile is equipped with at least two adjacent or opposing grooves  3 ;
 Said groove  3  is provided with mounting hole  1 , mounting hole  2 , mounting hole  3 , and through hole  2 ;   Said positioning bolt holder is installed within groove  3  through one of said mounting holes  1 ;   Said positioning bolt is installed within said groove  3  adjacent to or opposite said positioning bolt holder through another one of said mounting holes  1 ;   Said through hole  2  is located at both ends of said intermediate profile, and said through hole  2  is surrounded by a mounting hole  2 ;   Said mounting hole  3  is used for installing said positioning pin.   
     
     
         7 . The corner piece used in rapid building system according to  claim 1 , characterized in that said connecting block is disposed at the four corners of said upper cover and said lower cover;
