Abstract

The present invention introduces a pool tile dual brush head and its method of assembly, designed for user convenience and ease of manufacturing. The brush head comprises a T-shaped pole assembly that includes a central pole and two connection poles, each having proximal and distal ends and designed to attach substantially perpendicularly to the central pole. The distal ends of the connection poles accommodate various cleaning elements, such as bristle brushes, scouring pads, sponge brushes, and others, which can be attached through a rigid base. A key feature of the brush head is its stability, achieved through a unified nut and bolt assembly that connects all the primary components. This nut and bolt assembly ensures stability and facilitates easy disassembly and the interchangeability of cleaning elements. Furthermore, certain embodiments of the invention incorporate coupling adapters for enhanced joint stability, along with an end cap on the central pole.

8 . The pool tile dual brush head of claim 1 , wherein the first cleaning element and the second cleaning element are each independently selected from the group consisting of a bristle brush, a scouring pad, a sponge brush, a pumice stone brush, a wire brush, a foam pad, a microfiber brush, a rubber brush, and any combination thereof.

9 . The pool tile dual brush head of claim 1 , wherein the bolt and nut assembly is configured to allow for easy disassembly by a user, thereby enabling the user to conveniently swap in or out different cleaning elements in place of the first or second cleaning element as required.

10 . A method of assembling a pool tile dual brush head, comprising:
aligning a first connection pole and a second connection pole with a central pole in a substantially perpendicular orientation; attaching a first cleaning element to the distal end of the first connection pole and a second cleaning element to the distal end of the second connection pole; securing the assembly by passing a bolt through the aligned first cleaning element, first connection pole, central pole, second connection pole, and second cleaning element, and fastening with a nut.

11 . The method of claim 10 , further comprising attaching an end cap to the distal end of the central pole using the same bolt that secures the rest of the assembly.

         12 .
