Abstract

A physical exercise elastic device, where two elastic bodies overlap and adjust the stretching section to regulate tension during exercise, comprising: a first and a second elastic body part arranged apart from each other; a fixing part that connects a portion of the second elastic body part to a portion of the first elastic body part; multiple connecting members positioned at intervals along the longitudinal direction of the first elastic body part and the second elastic body part; a fastening member that connects one of the connecting members from the first elastic body part and one of the connecting members from the second elastic body part.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A physical exercise elastic device, wherein two elastic body parts overlap and an adjustable section regulates tension during exercise, the device comprising:
 a first elastic body part formed of a substantially elastic material, the first elastic body part ( 1 ) having a proximal end and a distal end;   a second elastic body part formed of a substantially elastic material; the second elastic body part ( 2 ) being disposed apart from the first elastic body part ( 1 );   a fixing part (K) that connects a portion of the second elastic body part ( 2 ) to a portion of the first elastic body part ( 1 );   a multiple connecting members (R) positioned at intervals along a longitudinal direction of the first elastic body part ( 1 );   a multiple connecting members (R) positioned at intervals along a longitudinal direction of the second elastic body part ( 2 );   a fastening member (S 1 ) that connects one of the connecting members (R) from the first elastic body part to one of the connecting members (R) from the second elastic body part.
