Container
Abstract
Disclosed embodiments relate to containers, for example for holding food and/or beverages. In some embodiments, the container may have an outer body and an inner body. The outer body may define an interior space and have an opening leading from the exterior into the interior space. In some embodiments, the inner body may be configured to be provided concentrically within the interior space, and may include a cavity configured to retain food or beverage. In some embodiments, the inner body may be removably retained within the interior space of the outer body. Some embodiments may also include a cover configured to be detachably coupled to the inner body and the outer body, for example to close the opening of the container.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A container comprising:
an outer body having an outer body cylindrical wall extending between an outer body closed end and an outer body open end; an inner body removably disposed within the outer body, the inner body having an inner body cylindrical wall extending between an inner body closed end and an inner body open end; a cover removably coupled to at least one of the outer body or the inner body; and a handle removably coupled to at least a portion of the container.
2 . The container of claim 1 , wherein the inner body is formed of a glass.
3 . The container of claim 1 , wherein the handle includes a circular portion and at least a portion of the cover extends through the circular portion.
4 . The container of claim 1 , wherein the handle comprises a flexible strap.
5 . The container of claim 1 , wherein the handle is ring-shaped.
6 . The container of claim 1 , further comprising an inner seal member having an L-shape or U-shape and configured to seal atop the inner body open end when the cover is coupled to the at least one of the outer body or the inner body.
7 . The container of claim 6 , wherein the inner seal member is configured to secure the inner body in the outer body.
8 . The container of claim 1 , wherein a length of the inner body in an axial direction is equal to or greater than a length of the outer body in the axial direction.
9 . The container of claim 8 , wherein the inner body open end extends at least 0.25 inches beyond the outer body open end when the inner body is positioned in the outer body.
10 . The container of claim 9 , wherein an outer diameter of the inner body open end is less than an inner diameter of the outer body open end.
11 . A container system comprising:
an outer body having an outer body cylindrical wall extending between an outer body closed end and an outer body open end; an inner body having an inner body cylindrical wall extending between an inner body closed end and an inner body open end, the inner body configured to be positioned in the outer body; a cover configured to be removably coupled to at least one of the outer body open end or the inner body open end; and a handle configured to be removably coupled to at least one of the outer body, the inner body, or the cover.
12 . The container system of claim 11 , wherein the inner body is formed of a glass.
13 . The container system of claim 11 , wherein the handle includes a circular portion and at least a portion of the cover extends through the circular portion.
14 . The container system of claim 11 , wherein the handle comprises a flexible strap.
15 . The container system of claim 11 , wherein the handle is ring-shaped.
16 . The container system of claim 11 , further comprising an inner seal member having an L-shape or U-shape and configured to seal atop the inner body open end when the cover is coupled to the at least one of the outer body or the inner body.
17 . The container system of claim 16 , wherein the inner seal member is configured to secure the inner body in the outer body.
18 . The container system of claim 11 , wherein a length of the inner body in an axial direction is equal to or greater than a length of the outer body in the axial direction.
19 . The container system of claim 18 , wherein the inner body open end extends at least 0.25 inches beyond the outer body open end when the inner body is positioned in the outer body.
20 . The container system of claim 19 , wherein an outer diameter of the inner body open end is less than an inner diameter of the outer body open end.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
