Abstract
A manufacturing method for producing a cosmetic applicator brush is disclosed. The method comprises a first step of cutting and bending a plurality of wires, a second step of stacking a plurality of discs along the plurality of wires, a third step of twisting the plurality of wires to form a desired angle, and a fourth step of coining and cutting the plurality of wires to produce the cosmetic applicator brush. The movement among the first step, the second step, the third step, and the fourth step is done via a conveyer belt system. All of the first step, the second step, the third step, and the fourth step are performed by a single machine or system.

a first step of cutting and bending a plurality of wires; a second step of stacking a plurality of discs along the plurality of wires; a third step of twisting the plurality of wires to form a desired angle; and a fourth step of coining and cutting the plurality of wires to produce the cosmetic applicator brush, wherein the movement among the first step, the second step, the third step, and the fourth step is done via a conveyer belt system, and wherein all of the first step, the second step, the third step, and the fourth step are performed by a single machine or system.
2 . The manufacturing method for producing the cosmetic applicator brush according to claim 1 , wherein the plurality of discs themselves are twisted to form the twisted wires.
3 . The manufacturing method for producing the cosmetic applicator brush according to claim 1 , wherein the plurality of discs are stacked along the plurality of wires, and the plurality of wires are inserted to bores or holes of the plurality of discs.
4 . The manufacturing method for producing the cosmetic applicator brush according to claim 1 , wherein a wire loading space is located with assembly machines configured to perform the first step.
5 . The manufacturing method for producing the cosmetic applicator brush according to claim 1 , the method further comprising performing a plurality of the first steps, a plurality of the second steps, a plurality of the third steps, and a plurality of the fourth steps, consecutively.
6 . The manufacturing method for producing the cosmetic applicator brush according to claim 1 , wherein the manufacturing method is implemented to automatic assembly lines, semi-automatic assembly lines, and manual assembly lines.Cited by (0)
