Hair weft and preparation process thereof

Abstract

A hair extension includes a hair base having one or more openings and a plurality of hair members fixed to the hair base, each of the hair members includes a root part which is embedded in the glue base and a hair body part which is integrally extended from the root part, the hair body part is extended out of the glue base from a bottom edge of the glue base.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A hair extension, comprising:
 a hair base having one or more openings; and   a plurality of hair members fixed to said hair base.   
     
     
         2 . The hair extension, as recited in  claim 1 , wherein said hair base comprises a glue base, said one or more openings are penetrating through a thickness of said glue base. 
     
     
         3 . The hair extension, as recited in  claim 2 , wherein said each of said plurality of hair members comprises a root part which is embedded in said glue base and a hair body part which is integrally extended from said root part, wherein said hair body part is extended out of said glue base from a bottom edge of said glue base. 
     
     
         4 . The hair extension, as recited in  claim 3 , wherein said root part of each said hair member has an end edge embedded in said glue base, wherein a plurality of said openings are located between said end edges of said root parts and said bottom edge of said glue base, wherein multiple root parts of said hair members are located between two said adjacent openings. 
     
     
         5 . The hair extension, as recited in  claim 1 , wherein said hair base comprises a glue base and an opening base connected to said glue base, wherein said each of said plurality of hair members comprises a root part which is embedded in said glue base and a hair body part which is integrally extended from said root part, wherein said one or more opening are formed in said opening base which is located above said plurality of hair members. 
     
     
         6 . The hair extension, as recited in  claim 5 , wherein said opening base is integrally extended from said glue base. 
     
     
         7 . The hair extension, as recited in  claim 5 , wherein said opening base is attached to said glue base. 
     
     
         8 . The hair extension, as recited in  claim 3 , wherein said glue base has two upper side corner edges each is a curved edge. 
     
     
         9 . The hair extension, as recited in  claim 8 , wherein said glue base has two lower side corner edges each is an orthogonal edge, wherein each of said upper side corner edges is an arc edge. 
     
     
         10 . The hair extension, as recited in  claim 8 , wherein said glue base has multiple openings, wherein a distance between two adjacent openings is 0.1-20 mm, a distance between the openings and said bottom edge of said glue base is 0.1-10 mm. 
     
     
         11 . The hair extension, as recited in  claim 10 , wherein each opening has a circular shape, a diameter of each opening is 0.1-3.5 mm, a distance between a side of said glue base and the corresponding opening adjacent to said side of said glue base is 0.1-10 mm. 
     
     
         12 . The hair extension, as recited in  claim 3 , wherein said hair base further comprises a mesh yarn integrated with said glue base, wherein said one or more openings are penetrating through said mesh yarn and said glue base. 
     
     
         13 . The hair extension, as recited in  claim 3 , further comprising a double-sided binding tape attached to said glue base, wherein said one or more openings are penetrating through said double-sided binding tape and said glue base. 
     
     
         14 . The hair extension, as recited in  claim 3 , wherein said glue base comprises polyurethane. 
     
     
         15 . The hair extension, as recited in  claim 3 , further comprising one or more mounting tubes for mounting the hair extension to natural hair of a user. 
     
     
         16 . The hair extension, as recited in  claim 15 , wherein each mounting tube comprises a tube body and an inner flexible tube disposed in said tube body. 
     
     
         17 . The hair extension, as recited in  claim 15 , wherein each mounting tube comprises a tube body defining an inner passage, wherein said tube body has inner threads in said inner passage. 
     
     
         18 . The hair extension, as recited in  claim 5 , wherein said hair base further comprises one or more stitching lines formed on said glue base. 
     
     
         19 . The hair extension, as recited in  claim 1 , wherein said hair base comprises a hair transplantation base having said one or more openings and a plurality of transplantation holes, wherein one or more said hair members are transplanted at each of said plurality of transplantation holes. 
     
     
         20 . The hair extension, as recited in  claim 19 , wherein said one or more openings are located between said plurality of hair members and a top edge of said hair transplantation base.
