Magnetic fastening buckle
Abstract
A magnetic fastening buckle includes a male and a female buckle member that can be moved toward and engaged with each other by magnetic attraction between two magnets separately provided thereon; and an anti-separation member movably connected to the male buckle member. When the anti-separation member is located at an unlocking position, it does not overlap the female buckle member, allowing the male buckle member to move rearward in a y-axis direction to separate from the female buckle member. When the anti-separation member is moved in an x-axis direction to a locking position, it can overlap the female buckle member. In this position, the anti-separation member can overlap the female buckle member when the male buckle member is pushed toward a rear removal opening, so as to prevent the male buckle member from separating from the female buckle member, allowing the two buckle members to remain engaged with each other.

wherein when the anti-separation member is located at the locking position, the rear stop section is capable of being overlaped any part of the female main body in the y-axis direction; and when the male main body is moved in the y-axis direction toward the front removal opening, the rear stop section would get in contact with the rear side of the female main body to prevent the male main body from separating from the female main body.
4 . The magnetic fastening buckle as claimed in claim 3 , wherein the male main body includes a male-side contact surface contactable with the female main body, and the male-side retaining portion formed on the male main body is downward protruded from the male-side contact surface; and both the front stop section and the rear stop section of the anti-separation member being downward extended beyond the male-side contact surface to be located close to the female main body.
5 . The magnetic fastening buckle as claimed in claim 4 , wherein when the anti-separation member is located at the unlocking position, the front stop section is located in front of the front removal opening and the rear stop section is located behind the rear removal opening.
6 . The magnetic fastening buckle as claimed in claim 4 , wherein the male-side retaining portion includes an engagement portion downward extended in the z-axis direction and a retaining protrusion protruded in the x-axis direction; the female-side retaining portion including an engaging space downward recessed in the z-axis direction and a retaining space extended in the x-axis direction; the engagement portion being correspondingly received in the engaging space and being communicable with the front removal opening and the rear removal opening at the same time, and the retaining protrusion being correspondingly received in the retaining space; and
wherein, when the anti-separation member is located at the unlocking position, the male main body is movable in the y-axis direction to separate from the female main body while one of the front stop section and the rear stop section is moved into the engaging space.
7 . The magnetic fastening buckle as claimed in claim 6 , wherein the male-side retaining portion further includes an anti-separation block correspondingly extended from the engagement portion, and the female-side retaining portion further includes an anti-separation space correspondingly communicable with the engaging space; the anti-separation block being extendable into the anti-separation space, and the anti-separation space respectively including an anti-separation surface for guiding the anti-separation block to move into the engaging space; a magnetic attraction force between the male-side magnet and the female-side magnet enabling the anti-separation surface to drive the anti-separation block to move back into the anti-separation space, such that the anti-separation surface can limit the anti-separation block to remain engaged with the anti-separation space.
8 . The magnetic fastening buckle as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the female main body includes a female-side coupling section, on which the female-side retaining portion is formed, and a female-side woven strap connection section, to which a woven strap is connectable; and wherein the anti-separation member further includes a front reinforcing stop section, and the front stop section and the front reinforcing stop section are located on the same side of the connection section; wherein, when the anti-separation member is moved to the locking position, the front stop section is located at a front side of the female-side coupling section in the y-axis direction, while the front reinforcing stop section is located at a front side of the female-side woven strap connection section in the y-axis direction.
9 .
