Pickleball base stand and game

Abstract

A base stand for multi-player pickleball has a central post and three elongated members extending from the post substantially perpendicular to post. The elongated members are oriented about 120 degrees apart. Three legs extending from a distal end of the post to support the base stand on a playing surface. Nets are connected to the elongated members positioned about 120 degrees apart to form a circular pickleball court.

1 . A base stand for multi-player pickleball comprising:
 a central post;   three elongated members extending from said post substantially perpendicular to said post;   said elongated members are oriented about 120 degrees apart; and   three legs extending from a distal end of said post to support said base stand on a playing surface.   
     
     
         2 . The base stand of  claim 1 , wherein said elongated members are tubes that extend laterally from said post. 
     
     
         3 . The base stand of  claim 1 , wherein said post is formed by a first tube. 
     
     
         4 . The base stand of  claim 3 , wherein a second tube extends from said first tube. 
     
     
         5 . The base stand of  claim 4 , wherein first, second and third nets extended radially from said second tube. 
     
     
         6 . The base stand of  claim 5 , wherein first, second and third end posts are connected to distal ends of said first, second and third nets. 
     
     
         7 . The base stand of  claim 5 , wherein first, second and third net tubes are connected to and extend radially from said elongated members. 
     
     
         8 . The base stand of  claim 7 , wherein said first, second and third nets are connected to said first, second and third net tubes. 
     
     
         9 . The base stand of  claim 1 , wherein said base stand is made of reinforced plastic or steel. 
     
     
         10 . A method of providing a three person pickleball game, comprising:
 providing a base stand having a central post and elongated members extending laterally from said central post;   attaching a line at a first end to said base stand and attaching chalk to a second end of said line;   walking in a circle around said base and drawing a circle on a surface with said chalk to form a circular playing area;   attaching nets to said elongated members to form three net areas around the circular playing area.   
     
     
         11 . The method of  claim 10 , wherein attaching said nets to said elongated members includes attaching net tubes connected to said nets to said elongated members. 
     
     
         12 . The method of  claim 11 , further comprising net posts attached to distal ends of said nets. 
     
     
         13 . The method of  claim 10 , wherein attaching three nets to three elongated members about 120 degrees apart. 
     
     
         14 . The method of  claim 10 , wherein said base stand further comprises legs for supporting said base stand on a surface.
